I was there one week ago for colon hydrotherapy and I really like it, feel good and light. The therapist Zoya was amazing and nice. Want to come back for facial :)

I bought a lifebooker deal for a facial, peel and LED treatment. my facialist was okay but she started irritating me when she was saying I wasn’t doing enough for my skin. I hate when facialists complain about your skin care regimen. The whole point of going is that you’re trying to fix an issue and you might be insecure about your skin problems so comments like that really aren’t appreciated. I had a a peel, LED treatment (blinding light that is held over your face for 20 minutes), and a facial (cleansing of the skin and mask, no extractions). Then, I felt pressured to book another appointment and purchase a series of 5 LED treatments for $$$. She said my skin would get worse with just one – i needed more to see a positive difference. Then she told me she hoped she could do my eyebrows too next time, which was super random. I left without making a future purchase and wouldn’t consider going back even though she called me a second time asking when I would be making a future appointment and offering a discount because «i really needed» to get more LED treatments for my skin. while i appreciate the discount, i hate feeling pressured and would prefer a more relaxing and less pushy experience somewhere else.
Also, just a note: all the filtered reviews raving about this place had only one review and no picture. pretty sketchy…

Cancelled my appointments twice the day of my appointment. Told me that they were fine with me cancelling my Living Social deal. Did not care about my business at all. Insurance salesmen from next door smoking outside the door. No thanks.

I do skincare myself for a living (22 years) so I have been around alot girls who do eyebrows & let me tell you YANA at 2BE TRIM is by far the best EVER! I even send my clients to her because I want them to have the perfection they deserve. She truly is an artist she takes her time so don’t be in a hurry but it is so worth it.
