I’m surprised there are negative reviews with this company because I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with proserv. The office staff is very helpful and Lee, my service technician, is super friendly and knowledgeable. I have no complaints with my contract either and the prices are reasonable.

Just cancelled service –paid $ 99.00 cancellation fee. So I am zero’d out. Make sure you read the contract before signing. The rep who signed me up — handed me iPad that contained contract stating the contract was just a «formality». Did finger signature and later emailed a copy. It was on me to read it, so live and learn. The cancellation fee was never verbally disclosed during the sales pitch. The deal I was offered: pay $ 99.00 every quarter– they come once a quarter — and will come back if you see something. The problem is customer pays them to see things. But that is their business model. I cannot say they are bad or good just that I would never do business with them again. I returned to the company I have been using since 2008. I cannot believe I left them as they come monthly. I am not stating Pro Serv Pest Management is bad — just far from the best and the best can be found in the area if you take the time to look.

Larry Navarro sold me on Saturday and they sprayed Wednesday. I came out side and into my garage to all the bugs dead. I am extremely happy and would recommend this company to everyone I know.

Absolutely horrible. Will never deal with this company again nor will I recommend it. I would not use this company at all period. Basically my experience with them is this: Set up appt time with company(they showed up early) under normal circumstances that would have been fine but I had things planned for the day and the person that was dealing with them was not here when they showed(once again they showed early great but…) so I had to partially deal with them which made me late to my other things I had planned for later on in the day. The two people that came out were very nice and friendly but extremely stupid. They put a bait box in(its been a few weeks now) and it hasn’t done anything for out mice/rat problem. They wanted to put granules down(ok that’s fine but) we have a horse and didn’t want the granules around him because we were worried he would ingest them. We asked them not to put the granules down in the pasture. My girlfriend checked up on them while they were performing services here and found that they were in fact putting granules in the pasture(where we had specifically asked them not to be placed) the guys response was oh this is a pasture(yeah look down there’s horse crap all over, pasture grass, and fencing around the property)? Last they removed the spider webs from part of the building I live in and in the process broke a light(these lights were purchased by the property owners as a set and match the other lights on the property and are impossible to find now) which we had noticed only after they had left(they had the broken glass on the ground in a pile under the carpet). We called and notified them and they insisted they didn’t know. We got ahold of the customer service person by email and did not receive any sort of response from him, instead we got a call from another person in the company saying they had been trying to get ahold of us(strange because we had no missed calls, emails, mail, voicemails, or correspondence of any kind from them). After speaking with the company they offered to replace the light(finding the exact same one is near impossible) but when we brought up that we did not want them here anymore and wanted to cancel the contact they said if we cancel we will not replace the light(doesn’t seem fair since they broke it). After telling them we needed to find the same light we got ahold of the assistant sales manager(he originally set up the appointment) and told him what happened. We told him we had found a similar light at Home Depot. He said he would drop it off at our local Starbucks that fri and that never happened. Now we have received no correspondence from them and are pretty pissed. You would think a new company would be more worried about keeping new clients and resolving problems as quickly as possible(apparently not this one). Long story short– This company may offer relatively cheap services but they are complete idiots and extremely rude. Do not use them or support their shady business dealings or trickery. I will be filing a complaint with DCA and BBB shortly as well.
