Went in yesterday to buy supplies for making cornhole. We weren’t at all prepared but Chris one of the guys working there saw us looking lost and confused and asked if we needed help. He really seemed to know what he was talking about as he guided us towards the materials we needed and gave us helpful tips and suggestions. We left with all the wood we needed to complete the project. As well as a new found confidence in ourselves!
Tammy at the checkout counter was also very friendly!

One star, because we found a grill we like.
The other four stars are missing because the men’s bathroom was putrid. Disgusting. Vile. Sickening. Three of the four toilets were laced with toilet paper and encrusted with feces.
There also is no changing table for infants in the men’s room– but there is one in the women’s.
I told a male employee about the bathroom who was greeting at the front door yesterday, when we were there and I took my son to the bathroom and we saw this. He said «I was just in there ten minutes ago and it was fine.» If this is true, we either have a) grossly different definitions of fine, 2) a medical outbreak of some diarrhea causing contagion in the home depot that requires quarantine.

Great store. Very neat and clean. I am always able to find help when I need it. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is the disconnect between the floor associates and the customer service desk. Figure that out and this store has near perfect operation.

Online pick up makes shopping at Home Depot less overwhelming. I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes.
