I cannot find one good thing to say about the 4 house calls it took to install 1 replacement central vac canister and hose. Order online, it’s half the price and safe yourself a lot of aggravation and rudeness.

This place is a joke, and the only reason I gave it one star is because I couldn’t give it zero. My wife dropped off a Hoover Hardwood & Tile Cleaner there for a general service, cleaning, and new brushes. There it sat… for months! We never heard back from them. When she finally got tired of waiting, she went there to pick it up. It was in the exact same spot that she left it in, and had never been even looked at, never mind fixed. He tried to say it wasn’t worth fixing, even thought the damn machine was never broken! It just needed to be cleaned out and have new brushes. Do yourself the favor and find a place that’ll actually make an attempt to try and fix your machine. Pathetic…

The older fellow working here knows his stuff– he diagnosed my Necchi sewing machine’s problem in under 30 seconds. His estimates for both the cost and wait time were accurate, and it’s running great now. He even reset the tension, which I’d really messed up trying to troubleshoot it.
My machine is older and not electronic, and it seemed like most of the sewing machines in the repair section were the same.

Brought my Brother sewing machine in to be serviced and paid $ 65. Brought it home and it did not work. Brought it back in and told them and they said they would fix it. When I came back to pick it up they gave me another $ 65 bill. I asked why I should pay again when it obviously wasn’t fixed the first time. The man in the back said he remembered me and that I was all set. The younger guy proceeded to argue with me, telling me that if he was the boss I would be paying because he didn’t believe me. Unbelievable way to treat a customer.

I brought my Singer machine here to be repaired. The old man took one look at it and told me he didn’t want to touch it because it was electronic. He proceeded to write down a number to a Singer repair shop, the area code was missing, and he told me a couple of the numbers may be off. Thanks, sir!
