Grand Opening Liquors

Not a complaint about this place! They have a great beer and wine selection with excellent prices!
The staff is outstanding! Always polite and friendly. They always give great advice on craft beers and if they know what you like and they get in something special they think you would enjoy they put it to the side until they see you next!
They always have some sort of give away going on with awesome prizes some of them being grills or a great wooden bench with a hidden cooler inside!
If you are looking for a great local liquor store vist them next time your in the area

The staff here is the very best. They are knowledgeable and very accommodating and will answer all of your questions when asked. They have a very nice selection of wines and they tend to have everything you need so you only need to make 1 trip for everything that you would need. I highly recommend shopping here for all of your liquors.

Pretty convenient location rite next to Foodtown. Came in here the other night to grab a bottle of wine for myself while visiting my friends. They have a large selection of booze to suit any pallet. Love that they have a large selection of chilled wines. The staff here was knowledgeable and the store was super clean. I will be back to grab all my liquor while visiting my friends not to mention its only a 2 minute drive.

Staff is knowledgeable and courteous. Always helpful and will order items I cannot find elsewhere.

Grand Opening Liquors is a liquor store located next to the Foodtown in North Haledon. I come here from time to time when I’m by my friends house in North Haledon.
The store is a nice size for it’s location. There’s a decent amount of craft beer, a decent amount of liquor, and a large selection of wine.
Craft beer continues to grow in popularity, but it only started to gain popularity in the last ten years. A lot of liquor stores have not fully embraced the craft beer boom. This places gets an E for effort; they have a large rack of craft beer, but it’s not refrigerated, so your going to have to buy your beer ahead of time. They do however, carry some of the more popular craft beers in their cooler.
About fifty percent of the store is wine, so if your a wino, your in luck.
It’s a great store for convenience, but I would definitely not make it a destination liquor store.
