Not everything I was hoping for. Waited 25 minutes to be seated at the counter, that was fine I don’t mind waiting if it’s worth it. Had eggs Benedict over hash. The hash was surprisingly bland. The hollandaise sauce was broken, overcooked and pretty tasteless. Also had the 2 by 2, eggs were ordered over medium, I couldn’t eat them they were so snotty. French toast was very tasty and Nannys potatoes pancakes were spot on. Will try the donuts next time.

You can’t miss with Hole in One. Whether you’re looking for a muffin, donut, bagel, coffee or delicious treat, you’re going to love whatever the small shop has to offer. The staff is friendly and fast and their food is great. The toasted coconut donut and seven layer bars are staples. If you’re driving along Route 6, check out Hole in One. You’ll be happy you did.

Since my beloved Fleming’s Donuts closed, we had to find a new breakfast joint. Who would provide our doughnuts for early morning visits to Marconi Beach? Hole In One more than fits the bill. They have a big selection and on a Tuesday morning, the business was brisk. That’s a good sign, although I miss the quietude and sleepy-eyed teens at Fleming’s. We had a breakfast croissant and three doughnuts. The sour cream doughnut was spot on. The chocolate was almost perfect. The toasted coconut was good but had odd hard bits. And the sausage and egg croissant was exactly what you want: All greasy and savory. So many ways to ruin your diet here. And the coffee’s good too.

Wow an actual breakfast dish that makes you full! I ordered the egg in a hole and I couldn’t even finish it. Very happy I went.

Hands down, the best donuts and iced coffee on the Cape. All the donuts I’ve tried here are fantastic, which is probably why the line is out the door on weekends. Get there early, though, or they’ll be out of donuts by the time you get there– after 11 or 12 the flavors cut down significantly. Other baked goods are also great, particularly the bagels and the homemade poptarts.

Amazing! Fresh, light, airy, buttery, sugary goodness. Such a treat. Coffee was also very delicious and piping hot. Quick and friendly service. Do yourself a favor and pop in.

I really don’t understand the appeal of this place. My husbands family takes us here for donuts every time we visit and every time I am like, meh. They love it. There was a line out the door which isn’t unusual but it went really fast, we were waited on quickly, it was pretty early so there was still a good variety. Their cake donuts are super dry and too hard on the outside. The yeast donuts are a bit better, softer but don’t have much flavor and the filled ones don’t have much filling. I did get a muffin for the first time, I wish I had tried these sooner. I got a Pistachio-Walnut muffin, it had great flavor, lots of walnut pieces and was soft and moist. I’d for sure go back for a muffin, I will skip the donuts from now on.

I would recommend this place to anyone that fits this description: a human. I walked in and was immediately stunned by a blonde-haired bun that was off to the races the moment I gave my order. Drank a sip of my iced chai: hello to the pearly gates. If you are ever in Eastham, stop by Hole in One and never leave. The beaches are nothing compared to the view of the dedicated staff and baked goods at Hole in One.

Would just add the loaf cakes esp pineapple coconut should not be overlooked. My current fav muffin is blueberry corn. The only thing that could use improvement is coffee

Great donuts! The smell outside makes it impossible not to go in! There might be a wait but it is worth it. Good prices and did I say great donuts? The Fairway Restaurant next door was cute and had a decent breakfast. The donuts stole the show however!

The line is out the door, and for a good reason! Their muffins and donuts are delicious– well worth the wait. My favorite was the cranberry orange muffin.

I’ve been getting donuts at hole-in-one for as many years as I can remember. It’s a Cape Cod tradition. The favorite for my family is the jelly stick and since they tend to sell out, we send someone for them early! Like 6am early. Whoopie sticks are also amazing but they don’t make them often(why!?). Their other donuts are good too, but the jelly stick is what keeps us coming back. Is there a line at 10am on Saturday in the summer? Yes. Isn’t that the case everywhere on the Cape, though? It moves fast. The iced coffee is great too! Oh, and you can’t beat the price, especially for a touristy area.

Got there before 8am and not much of a line. The girls behind the counter were hustling. Got a dozen donuts. Awesome! Would of been 5 stars but asked for half dozen bagels and girl went to back and gave me cold maybe frozen bagels. Don’t know why she did that. Line was out the door as I left.

My boyfriend and I stopped here around 8 am for some breakfast before the beach. To begin with, this place has a HUGE breakfast selection, from donuts, muffins, to breakfast sandwiches, specialty coffees, teas, and lets not forget the free samples! Needless to sAy this place is amazing and the staff is so friendly and polite. I ordered a blueberry muffin and when the gentleman handed it to me he said«fresh out of the oven» I didn’t think too much of it until I got back to my cottage(10 mins later) sliced it in half and it was nearly steaming! Talk about fresh! The donut was amazing and my boyfriend had an everything bagel which was equally as delicious! If you are in the Cape this is a place absolutely worth going to for breakfast. Support small businesses!

During the summer, there is literally a line out the door for the donuts. That might turn some people away, but trust me, the line moves quickly and the donuts are totally worth the wait. These donuts are so incredible I thought I’d pass out. I’m not exaggerating. So many flavors, all of them delicious! My personal favorite is the lemon-filled powered. Wow. Never have I experienced such a donut. Usually I could take or leave donuts, but if they’re from Hole In One, I’M TAKINGTHEM! A dozen donuts for nine dollars, a half dozen for I believe six or seven dollars. Amazing price! Plus a friendly staff that are attentive and greet you with a smile, even amidst the chaos. The service is very fast in addition to being hospitable. I have not tried the sit-down breakfast or lunch, so I cannot comment on that. My coffee-drinking friends say that the coffee is good, and it is also very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Quaint little shop, great for takeout or counter service. Friendly service, excellent donuts… I’m not a honey dip guy but my wife enjoyed it. Toasted coconut was decent, but the glazed chocolate cake was the star of the show. We both also enjoyed our coffee — especially the iced… I got mine milk only and it was not at all bitter. This is in an excellent location along route 6 so stop in and fuel up for a day at the beach.
