Me and my boyfriend visited Charleston a few months ago. All I need to say is… We crave this restaurant! We wish we had one in Atlanta! We are willing to drive 500 miles just for this dinner! We like to try new places and for some reason we are stuck on this one after one try! Our bill was $ 178.97 for two of us. But it was well worth it!

Really great food. Desert was even better. And the atmosphere was relaxed and fun. Service was excellent and very attentive.

Outstanding Meal. I was in town for business and did not have time to make a reservation. Magnolia accommodated my group of four, during restaurant week too! Excellent service, top notch food, and gorgeous décor. High end restaurant experience in a 3 star budget. A not to miss. The seafood and grits were delectable!

I am often in airports and this place is pretty decent. I would recommend it. I playedbit safe and got a big salad.

Had the fried green tomatoes. They were a bit pre-packaged, but hit the spot. The thing I liked was the imported wait staff. At least I think they’re imported. Had they been try Charlestonians, I would have missed my flight waiting on the check. Instead, service was prompt.

Since it’s slim pickings at the Charleston airport, Magnolia’s can have shitty service and get away with it. Due to major delays there were a lot of stranded passengers flocking to Magnolia’s. The bartender had a major attitude, hated her life and everybody else’s that ordered a drink. I’m sure you get a lot of obnoxious people but don’t take it out on every other person you come in contact with. We closed out our drink tab because I wanted to walk around the airport and see what other food options there were. We walked in a circle and realized there’s only a Dunkin Donuts or another fast food eatery, back to Magnolia’s we went. We sat in the dining room area and we had the only waiter, Kenny. I ordered the Chix and Chips which was chicken tenders with bbq sauce and parmesan fries. When my food came there was no bbq sauce and no parmesan just fries. The food was ok, better than the service.

Decent food. Had the X-Works burger with plain fries. Good service from Tori. Food took a little long to come out cause they only had one cook working.

For an airport restaurant what a pleasant surprise. Everyone at our table were pleased!

Ugh. When it comes to airport bars, this is one of the worst I have experienced. I would not have come here at all if I had known there were restaurants on either side of security. I’ve been in this airport many times and never realized that. From now on, I am going right through security to one of those bars and skipping this place altogether and I advise others to do the same. I have actually been here a couple times, but the most recent time I was traveling with my kitten through this place and our plane was delayed several hours. It was a Sunday and I decided to enjoy the delay at the bar here watching the football game. Bar almost full so I snagged the last seat at the very end of it. Smelled like a mixture of urine and stale food — really foul. Poor kitten, who had been well-behaved the whole trip, starts meowing and trying to wiggle out of his carrier. When I moved him out of the area the behaviour stopped, so I’m pretty sure he was reacting to the smell. It was bad. The bad smell would have been more tolerable had the service been better or they had been fully stocked with the items on their menu or the drinks. They were out of the beer I wanted, and ran out of the second beer I wanted half-way through my time there. The menu was really limited, and the one item that looked good to me they were out of, of course. My backup was some kind of southern dish that consisted of shrimp and rice — it sounded promising, but by the time it came out to me it was not even lukewarm and tasted bland. Getting the waitress’ attention was quite difficult, although I will admit she was friendly. Just not very attentive. If your flight is on the«A» side and you want to sit at an airport bar, I highly recommend going through security and going to the Sam Adams bar on your left. They have food items available, a variety of different drinks, a large and nice bar area, and even their TVs are much much bigger and nicer than at Magnolia. I sat out the second hour of my delay in there and was disappointed that I didn’t go over there sooner.
