Atlantic Palms Apartments

Parking is completely out of control. Most apartments only come with one spot. If you come after 6pm on any night your will most likely have to illegally park and hope not to get towed. Or you will have to park out of the gate on the side of the road. Or park a good 10 – 15 min walk away from your apartment. The parking lot is full of non residents cars at night. When the complex was designed it obviously didn’t consider parking. When you are viewing the apartment they assured us this was not an issue, however its a very big problem.
A lot of noisy college kids too that will party any day of the week. The apartment we received was very different than the model apartment as well. The traffic in the afternoons is pretty bad around this area. There seems to be only one person in the office that knows whats going on. There is a gate which is nice, but it creates a lot of traffic coming into the apartment during the evening.
Additionally, a lot of the people who use the facilities (laundry, pool, etc.) do not even live in the complex.
