Death-by-chocolate in the best way ever. The store is operated by the NICEST ladies in Ohio who will feed and stuff you the most the most amazing chocolate produced on site. Amazing prices and decadent sweets to bring home. I heard that the tour of the actual factory is not worth it, your time is much better spent gaining calories in the factory store! Special salivating mentions to the caramarsh, caramel sea salt and buckeyes.

To me this will always be Harry London chocolate! They still have their products there but obviously Fannie May has the bulk of the store. I love their candy bars, they have several types and I suggest trying them all! The pretzel joys are another one of my favorites. The king item for my is their Buckeyes. It’s an Ohio thing, they make the best ones that keep me coming back or gives me excitement when I see them sold in random places. This place has a special nostalgia for me, I hope they continue to treat the Harry London brand right.

When I was still teaching high school, I used to take my students to the Harry London factory tour, and they absolutely loved it. I took my 86-yr-old mom today just to the retail store portion, and she had the best time. We had a $ 10 off a $ 30 purchase, and who can pass that up? I saw a new(to me at least) Harry London candy, a chocolate covered soft caramel, so I bought a bag full. OMG!!! The best candy ever!!! It just melts in your mouth.

Wow! The Chocolate selection and service was amazing. They were very friendly and gave away many samples. There was really cheap boxes of candy/chocolate. The gellato was very good! We stopped at the oops chocolate area and it was buy one bag for 9.99 get two free!(They ran out of labels which is why it was in the oops section) We will come back over and over again! There is even a factory tour

Was rudely chastised about using my phone during the tour(which I didn’t want to take in the first place, and the factory wasn’t even running that day anyway, but the employee seemed to insist that we had to take the tour instead of just letting us shop). I didn’t see anything posted anywhere about not taking photos but that’s beside the fact that I WASN’T TAKINGPHOTOS. I’m very obviously 8 months pregnant and was texting my husband to let him know how I was feeling at that point in my day-trip to Canton since I’ve had a few issues lately. I tried to explain as much to the employee doing the tour but it clearly didn’t matter. If I hadn’t promised a friend to bring back chocolates for her I wouldn’t have spent any money there at all after that.

Unfortunately, it seems that Fannie May has finally started to influence the home town feel for Harry London. The staff isn’t what it used to be. Much colder and unwilling to see the customer’s perspective. I had an issue there today with pricing. The boxes in the clearance section were not marked well and I had to have a discussion with one of the staff. There was no effort to resolve the issue, just stating the price over and over. I left empty handed for the first time in 17 years! I’ll have to consider if I’ll ever go back. I do love the chocolate!

My husband ordered me a box of Carmarsh … Dark chocolate caramel and marshmallow candies for Valentines Day. They were guaranteed to be delivered by 2⁄14. However, we do understand that weather was a factor. That would have been fine. What was not fine was the state of the delivered chocolates. Be warned. They do not know how to ship candy! Shipped from this location in Canton, OH. 2⁄18 Update: Company has graciously offered to send a replacement!!!

Harry London Gourmet Chocolates! Melt on your tongue, tickle your taste buds, send shooting stars through the roof of your mouth, and satisfy that enormous sweet tooth yearning that we all — — who are addicted to chocolate — — have. These wonderful chocolates are like the marvelous European ones that I have been blessed with on occasion. I received beautiful birthday flowers this year and along with the bouquet was a box of Harry London Gourmet Chocolates. My immediate reaction was«never heard of them.» One taste and I simple could not believe I had never eaten a Harry London chocolate! They must be new! Well, a little sleuthing and I discovered that the company was established 91 years ago in Ohio and they are now part of Fannie Mae and 1−800-Flowers. They have been around longer than I have and somehow this chocolate fan has never, ever tasted one. How could that be? Not sure where I can get more in Arizona, but I sure as heck am going to try! Worst case, I will just order them through 1−800-FLOWERS! «Gourmet chocolates should be simple and pure, rich and complex, and filled with blends that are subtle yet irresistible.» ~ Harry London YEP, HENAILEDIT!

Got these as part of my birthday gift from my husband. Wasn’t impressed at first as I thought they’d be the usual chocolates you get from a florist. Finally opened them just to see what was inside. OMG. Very delicious. His birthday is coming up in a few weeks and guess what he’s getting???

I absolutely loved my trip here! It was my first time and didn’t know what to expect. I was chaperoning a field trip with a bunch of 1st graders. We watched a 10 minute video and went on a tour of the place. The guides were VERY informative and patient. Chuck full of answers for just about any question! The free samples were wonderful, but best of all, timing for the store! Coming right from the holidays put all the holiday chocolates at 75% off and the«oops» candy was buy 1 get 1 free! I LOVEIT!!!

The tour was pretty cool. I was hoping for something hands-on though and it was very basic. I also hoped for more samples than a little piece of chocolate at the end. Their store is good, but pretty expensive. The clearance section is great. I tried the dark chocolate cherries(too sweet, not very good), mint chocolates(probably the best minty chocolate I’ve had), and the buckeyes(always delicious). The staff is very nice there.

Chocolate… chocolate…chocolate. I can’t think of anything bad about that word. Nicely located right next to the Akron Canton airport this little gem is waiting for you. Get to the airport early just so you can get some for the plane ride. Their store opens at 9am except for Sunday. Make a right at the Harry London sign and follow the driveway to the parking lot. As you get near, the excitement builds about what might be behind the glass doors. Surprise! Chocolates in every shape, form, size, and flavor. First there’s the display case with all kinds of delicious goodies from fudge to truffles to their new amazingly beautiful artisan line. Along the back wall next to the ice cream is their discontinued holiday or sorted truffle assortments for über cheap. I dare you to get out with less than 2 bags full.

First to review? Yoo hoo! Friends, this is a chocolate lover’s dream. I stopped in here during a business trip, taking the advice of my colleague who lives in Akron. They make the chocolate here, Willy Wonka style. They also have a store within the same building. I didn’t do a tour(not sure if they offer them), but I did purchase a goot bit of chocolate. It’s a little pricey, but then again, you get what you pay for(I may be a little cheap too). This is some of the best chocolate I’ve ever had. Wifey agrees. Only reason it’s not 5 starts is the price. Word on the street is that this place makes the chocolate for Disney. A recommendation? Grab an «oops» bag. At a deep discount(about 50%), you can buy a pound(maybe more) of a variety of chocolates that were involved in assembly line missortings or something. To me, there is nothing«oops» about this bag of chocolates. You get a nice variety and they are idential(as far as I can tell) to the ones behind the display case and tastes just as good too(I bought some of both). You have to try their«London Mint» and my favorite is their pecan and carmel chocolate chews. I can’t remember the name but they are individually wrapped and sealed in white wrappers. It will look like you’re driving up to a warehouse or sometihng, but drive around the«back» and you will see the store part of it. You’re in for a treat!
