Worst service, food etc… Asked for the manager and he never came out… Took 30 minutes to get 2 waters. Waitress smelled like she was drinking in the back.

Well surprise surprise, after almost a YEAR since coming here I was reminded why I don’t. The girls at the desk still chatting and don’t know how to greet customers who are waiting to be seated. One finally asked, what do you need a table? No I came to eat on the floor. After being seated next to the bathroom, waited 10 mins for the waitress to show up. Got the endless apps and put the first order in. 20 mins pass after I was finished with the first one to order the next, another 20 before they came. Meanwhile the waitress is no where to be found to refill drinks and another waiter had to do it. finally the second app comes out. I finish and waited another 20 mins. She didn’t even ask if i wanted another app and at this point of being there for over an hour I was annoyed. It was happy hour and if I known I was going to get 2 apps that was cheaper than getting the NOTendless apps. And wouldn’t you know it took another 15 mins for the check to come and another 10 for her to get the check. I wanted to eat and get out. Not pay 12 dollars for 5 mozzarella sticks and 5 chicken wings. Can the managers seriously look into training these people. An hour and a half for only TWO apps are absolutely RIDICULOUS.

Searched this location because I love fridays and the web information stated they opened at 11am, but when I arrived at 11am the doors were not opened… someone came to the door and saw us standing there but went back inside and we waited 25 additional minutes before we left… very unprofessional never returning to this location

Clean location. Very cranky server. Not friendly. She kept chit chatting with other employees. It was 12 in the afternoon and it was fairly slow when we arrived. The staff got into a fight and were yelling calling our server trailer trash. We had appointments the entire day for bridal appointments, we were bit on a time crunch the service was very slow. Food was good, need a revamp on training of the employees.

Probably one of the WORST experiences I’ve ever had in my life. We ordered the endless $ 12 apps. The mozzarella sticks were frozen in the middle. The chicken was legit PINK and was not cooked. It was horrendous. All the manager offered was for them to remmake it. Like wtf?! NEVER coming back here again.

I took the sizzling chicken and cheese. It’s perfectly done and everything you can crave in one plate. The server was very polite and concerned about what I wanted. I also took the ultimate L.I.I.T which was brilliant. A complete and awesome meal.

Expensive $$$ and Average fare! The server was friendly but took her own sweet time to repeat the drinks. Food was average and the entrée portions certainly did not justify the price. The boneless wings starter with Sriracha sauce was yummy and at the happy hour price it was a deal. Ambience average but not as well kept as many other TGIFs. This was a weekday afternoon so I am not sure if the same would be the case for weekends or late evenings. Try your luck.

The sirloin steak was tough as nails. The«fresh» broccoli was old– there were yellow florets. The lobster was very small and overcooked. We hardly saw the waitress; she was a drive-by waitress. The food was slow. The«music» was super loud with some heavy metal. We also placed an order to go. The hamburger was pathetic w/o lettuce and tomato. Tasted awful and was overpriced. No lettuce or tomatoes Couldn’t even eat it. Worst hamburger ever.

They keep raising prices and making portions smaller. Went there tonight and it was empty. Had a few issues. The manager was awesome. She made the difference. One thing when stuff happens, another thing how they deal with it. She did everything right and only because of her would we go back. Love that Jack Daniel sauce. Company policy and changes are what pissed us off. The wait staff were all very good and friendly. I feel bad for them as there wss hardly anyone there. Giving a decent rating because the food is tasty and the management very customer oriented.

I went to this location to grab a bite last Sat. And I order a turkey burger. Let me tell you well the menus says freshly ground. However it was a frozen patty. I had a waitress who look like a ex crack head you can tell this was probably a seasonal hire. Just was so over the top with the fake shit. Any way I spit the burger up in bathroom it was spoil the drink was nasty n I ask for cook onions she bought out raw. The manager was aware I may a mess in bathroom didn’t even bother to stop by table to see what happen. I guess he was having the crack head who serve me do the dirty work. Any way I just paid n tip the lady 10 dollars once I gave money never seen waitress again as I sat another 15 min to clear my throat. WORST FRIDAyS EVER!!! Stay away !!! WARNING

Just came in for a couple of drinks. No V.O., no Seagrams 7. Bartender didn’t even know what V.O. was. Still waiting for her to ask me if I’d like another drink. Only been 15 minutes since I finished the first. Only 4 of us at the bar. My buddy just told me that she just opened a bottle of mixer with her teeth. I asked what American whiskey they have and she pulled a bottle of Jameson. Dear Lord help us all. They’ve been open for at least an hour and they’re still setting up the bar. I can only blame the management. Horrible. Ended up settling for a Bombay and tonic. Had to ask for a lime. Surprise, surprise. I’m done with this place.

Terrible! Just by entering to This Friday’s location you don’t see a smile on anyone’s face. When you take a seat the waitress doesn’t even come unless you wave your hands even after 15 minutes of trying to be nice and waiting for any employee at all to show up. When you make your order they don’t bring you any utensils to eat, not even napkins, nothing. Food comes in very small portions and they charge you for $ 20 a very small plate. Nobody showed up by the time we were finished eating and I hade to get up just to ask for my check. Horrible, and it’s even not the first time this has happened to me over here. Never again will I step foot in this place.

Writing this review as I sit here… really need to work on the customer service. Sat here for 8 mins as servers just walked by and ignored our table. It wasn’t until I asked the hostess who our server was and if she could get the server. She asked a server that was serving the table behind us and then an argument broke out about who is supposed to be serving our table. Very unprofessional…

Had to wait like 5 – 10 mins to be seated… And there was soo many empty tables available =_= later we had to eat our appetizers without plates and once we got it we were already half way done. Later my uncle asked for a medium steak and he got a well done. Our waiter was unattentive… and just didnt seem to care he told her he cant eat it and they didnt even give him a new one just $ 10 off. Later when we asked for the manager she told us that the waiter told her that she asked him if she wanted a new steak and he said no… My uncle was not even asked if he wanted another one he was just told that they couldnt give him another because he ate all the other side dishes… But they could of easily just gave him another steak… Without the sides. But they didnt… We did finally get his dish free once the manager found out that he was not asked. Dont think well be going back there anytime soon or not at all…

We have ate at Friday’s a bunch of times but never at this location. Overall, the experience was pretty bad. We had horrible service, and the food was not as good as we have had at other Friday’s. My husband and I both got the Jack Daniels burger and they both came out with no Jack Daniels sauce on the burger or on the side. Our waitress was nowhere to be found and it took about 10 mins before an employee walked by so we could ask for some sauce. The burgers were also both overcooked. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars and not 1 is because my daughter liked her meal. We won’t go back to this location again.

We went twice. The first time we were seated, and the waiters kept giving us weird looks and ignoring us. after 30 minutes of not even getting water or having a waiter come to our table past the one that brought us to it, we wound up leaving. They weren’t busy, they were very visibly hanging around laughing it up around the server station, not working. The second time, we got seated, we were in the bar area that time to take advantage of the happy hour. We were waiting for a while, but for some reason they had this DJ there with giant speakers blaring pop music far far too loud into the bar. So we ordered drinks, but apparently this guy had no restraint because he just starts pumping up the volume in a mostly empty bar. We paid and left shortly afterwards, along with a few other people. Let me just start off by saying this is going to be a short review. I normally would never review a chain restaurant unless it was a really really positive or really negative review. In this case it will mainly be negative. The MAIN reason for this review is because of the server. Although, he was VERYVERY nice and friendly It took him 15 minutes to even getting around to greeting us and then we had to wait about 7 more minutes for him to take our order… Think his name was Gil? After placing the order we waved him back down about two minutes later just asking to change a side on my boyfriends plate — he said it wouldn’t be a problem. Well it turned into a problem because for whatever reason the side then came out with our appetizer instead of with my boyfriends burger??? Which we were later charged extra for. Okay… This was also on top of us not receiving any of those small plates for the apps… Not that big of a deal but at this point I was just annoyed. As far as the food goes there’s not much to say. I always enjoy Fridays so no complaints there. I’d say the highlight and only reason I gave this review three stars was because of the magician. He was extremely friendly and his tricks were awesome. Left me, my boyfriend and 5 year old wondering how he did it and left us talking about it for the next half hour.

I haven’t updated this TGIFriday’s in more than a couple of years, so it’s time. Some things haven’t changed. With Friday’s it’s always hit or miss. We were here a few weeks ago and had to send back everything we ordered, since it was burned and dried out. This time we had a very good meal, after we had to change our table to avoid freezing our buns off by the window/near the front door/with the AC blowing. The hallmark of a great dining experience isn’t necessarily the food or the location of the table. It is, IMHO, how you’re treated when there is a problem. And in this restaurant, the shining star is the manager, Michael. When we had the food issues last time, with everything charred beyond recognition. Michael made sure that we got what we were supposed to get prepared correctly. He adjusted the check to reflect the woes that we had suffered, and even threw in a dessert for the little guy. This time we had no complaints about the food. But when the host/hostess said that we’d have to wait until all the others who came in after us had been seated, Michael made sure that didn’t happen. He was a visual presence the whole time we were there, walking the floor constantly and checking to make sure that everything was going well for every guest there. You can’t beat that! For my meal, I wanted all the good stuff that came on the black bean burger, but the waiter let me substitute turkey for the bean thing. It was one delicious burger, well-done, as turkey is supposed to be, but not overcooked. Instead of fries I got ginger-lime slaw; it was a little light on the ginger and the lime, but nice because it wasn’t mayonnaise-y. My daughter got the Grilled Chicken over Spinach, and she enjoyed it. My drink of choice was Moscato, but only because there was no Riesling, which I would have preferred. All in all, it was a nice dinner, wasn’t overly noisy despite being packed to the rafters on a Saturday night, and a good experience.
