The food is good just like any other Chipotle and the staff is very friendly. They give generous portions and will give you a little extra without a hassle if you ask for it. The only problem is nobody can seem to roll a burrito if their life depended on it. I usually get a burrito with chicken, fajita veggies, brown rice, mild salsa, cheese, sour cream, and guac. Other chipotle locations have no problem rolling this and do it very well, but this location’s burrito’s are very lackluster. It always falls apart or is barely rolled closed. Edit: recently went back and they didn’t even make the guacamole correctly. The guac was just chunks of avocado and whatever else they mix into it.

Oh wait, now I remember. The first time I went here, I got a good sized carnitas burrito. It made me realize how stingy the Chipotle in New Brunswick is. The second time, I asked her to cut it in half, because I had already had some dinner and just needed a little more. I wanted to save the half for a snack. Well the burrito was so small, I ended up eating the whole thing. Places are annoying that give you different amounts of food, depending on who knows what. I’m paying the same amount as that tall man! If you’re going to give me less food, then charge me less too!

Great location. I often times come here on my break to grab lunch and grab a seat outside. The line is always out the door but don’t let that turn you away, the line moves so fast! Lots of seating and always clean. Bathrooms were clean as well.

Line moved very fast(came in around 6pm). Food was good. No complaints. Been to quite a few Chipotles, all the same to me. Store was clean.

This location was nice. The people building my burrito is usually a hot or miss but this time I was pretty happy. One girl in particular made a very good impression the others seemed like they didn’t want to be there. The food tasted good though.

One of the worst Chipotle experiences of my life. The early morning staff on Monday morning were extremely disrespectful. The smaller Mexican girl literally shrugged«uggggggg» and stopped taking my order to turn around to say something to the chefs. The staff acted as if it was a burden to take everyone’s order in line. I had to ask for 3 tortillas 3 different times, which they had an attitude giving me, and still only received 2. Definitely won’t be coming back here

Very disorganized this evening. I would normally not wait in the line but was coaxed to do it. The line was half its normal length. Ordered a chicken quesadilla asked to have pico de gallo added before it was put in the«press» and was told if that was added I had to pay for a burrito! That was the moment I realized I was over the chipotle thing. I’ve tried the call ahead, the online order and the wait in line and I still swear by the fact I can get out of Qdoba in less than ten minutes even with a line. Sorry chipotle you lost me at calling a quesadilla a burrito if it has a free condiment on it.

I am immensely disappointed with a recent decision that this location made. Each year they chain recognizes Teacher Appreciation week by having a promotion of BOGO for those with education ID’s. I look forward to this and found a site that said they had it again this year. Stood on a long line, some of which were teachers, and after putting in my order was told at the register that since it is also Cinco de Mayo that the restaurant can’t deal with both promotions in one evening. Sent a letter of disappointment to the chain. The response was to tell me how«philanthropic» Chipotle was and that there are many deserving groups. Not sure how Cinco de Mayo fulfills this«philanthropic» goal? Totally disregarding educators despite having a promotion out mirrors the sentiments of the government, unfortunately! Just shows that all promotions are about the money, not the group that they are faking showing any support for.

It was my first visit to chipotle, ordered veg burrito bowl which was ok but not as expected, i like spicy even after more hot sause it dint make spicy. Staff were generous enough to add anything extra you ask for it. Hope guacamole they include within the burrito bowl price in lieu charging extra. Worth having burrito bowl in the overall menu.

Worst Chipotle experience ever, sloppy prep line, out of fajitas since someone forget to get them on the stove… empty corn tray… brown guac… and finally no Chipotle tobasco sauce, last straw for me… is this real life? No manager in sight, staff goofing around clearly showed that when the cat’s away, the mice come out and play. I’m considering writing to corporate because I know Chipotle does not take these subpar standards lightly.

If awards were given for the lead actor in a Mexican restaurant, than Chipotle wins the Oscar. But if you want real Mexican food you will not find it here. Yes, I love to hate on certain chains, no actually all chains. Being a fan of traditional Taco’s with such non americanized ingredients such as tripe, head cheese, tongue composed on a soft freshly made tortilla shell with silantro and diced onions with a few dabs of choice hot sauces is the way to go, baby. There isn’t even close to an authentic taste, look or feel, not that that’s what they’re shooting for. And I get that. You’ll be in the land of fill em up with a burrito of meat and rice, satisfying the tum tum, but not the taste buds. Stand in line and order from a assembly of goop along with the rest of the cattle. Well the salsa and chips aren’t bad and so is the selection of fountain soda. Moe’s, Chipolte and to lesser extent Taco Ball because they aren’t pretending to be anything more than fast food, its all the same. So in need of a quick bite if there’s not a line around the block, pop in for an american burrito at a decent price. You won’t catch me here.

I love, love, LOVE Chipotle. But I don’t love the staff here. Sloppy service and they occasionally will mess up your order while you watch. I will still come here for the food, but watch the assembly of your food like a hawk!

I used to work at this chipotle and although it is very busy they are also very clean and their food is always fresh. I would recommend dining there from 1 pm and on that way all the salsas are freshly made since some are saved from the night before. The guacamole and lime glazed chips are the bomb! The line can get pretty long but it dies down really quick. Def try Chipotle is healthy and awesome! Orale!

Pretty solid location. I went from ordering burritos to ordering Bowls. Either way you get a ton(or so it feels) for 7+ dollars. This location has a few tables outside which is nice… as well as spacious seating inside.

It’s Chipolte, so not much I can say. The staff works hard to reduce the line cue and they don’t balk when I ask them not to pile so much on my order… I’m watching my waist line. As normal, the food is made fresh and my sons like to participate in their food ordering process. Head here instead of 5 Guys to save some calories and extra pounds.

Came in for lunch today. Food was fresh as always. They didn’t have there usual steak though. They were serving conventional steak. Not sure what they mean by that. The price hike was no myth. All burritos over $ 7+. Had the steak burrito and tasted very good. We decided to eat outside since the weather was still good out. I like the location. Right next to Starbucks and walking distance to a few shops.

Chipotle isn’t a restaurant … It’s a religion! This location hews to the traditional Chipotle format, with a twist — in a college town, and a busy shopping center, it’s a madhouse most evenings and weekends. The line literally goes out the door at times. One may consider ordering ahead in an attempt to avoid the mayhem. But, this particular location games the system a bit, and has a tendency not to begin to prepare orders until you arrive to pick them up — which then disrupts the line and earns the scorn of the people in that line! If you’re in the mood for Chipotle, brave the chaos and dive in !

I asked for Chips & Queso and they told me they didn’t have cheese. What? Is this Chipotle? I also didn’t have the option of choosing Whole Wheat for my Quesadilla, they only had the regular one. Also, instead of putting the quesadilla properly onto the grill they put it in aluminum foil and then tried to toast it. Maybe too lazy to clean the press? I got a soft mess and not the average quesadilla that even Taco Bell can deliver. I will never return to this location.

Regardless of how one feels about chains, Chipotle constructs undeniably tasty food with a simplistic and efficient ordering system giving you fresh burritos, fajitas and tacos in under 5 minutes. Between $ 6 — $ 8 will get you a filling meal, sans the soda, but will get you refueled for the day ahead without complaint. Located right next to a Starbucks for those who need a quick pick-me-up or within the plaza as a whole which offers a variety of clothing and sport vendors.

LOVECHIPOTLE. Such amazing delicious burritos and bowls and everything. It’s delicious like all chipotle’s are. I liked this place because it was very large, lots of seating in booths and also chairs and tall stools. The lines were long but they moved relatively fast. I didn’t have any bad experiences here in terms of the food. Everything was delicious and nicely portioned(aka. large portioned). The people that made my food seemed to know what they were doing so that’s good. =) Large parking lot outside so you won’t have to fuss over parking. Lots of shops nearby so you can do your shopping too.
