Wonderful staff & careful medical attention — the best!

I had laser to remove sun damage and broken capillaries on my face. Meryl is a wonderful and experienced nurse who really took the time and did an amazing job. My skin is noticeably improved after one treatment. I appreciated her professionalism and patience.

I have new scars after the dermal needling procedure. I have waited 6 months and they have not gotten better. Also I started getting acne again. I was told to use 4% Hydroquinone regularly and I have been. I am concerned that this is not safe to use regularly. Please help to at least get rid of the new scars that are formed after doing the dermal needling procedure. Also, I would like a consultation with the doctor to discuss my concerns.

I made an appointment with Dr. Prussick for a second consultation after an unsuccessful appointment with another dermatologist. His office is located off of Executive Blvd in Bethesda. The office is very clean with wooden floors and even has a clean bathroom. The receptionist ladies are nice and professional, and very efficient. I came in for a whole-​body check-​up and Dr. Prussick was thorough. He was very nice, very professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He also does not like wasting people time so he is very efficient (may be too efficient for some, as you only see him for a few minutes; I actually prefer not to be rushed, so this is an issue). He gave me a diagnosis put me on a treatment plan, and was told to come back in about 4 weeks for a follow-​up. The medication that Dr. Prussick prescribed did the trick! I was extremely ecstatic and amazed that the symptoms cleared literally after a day and the healing was visible. I went to the follow-​up, expressed my happiness that I was finally ‘cured!’ I asked him some more questions that I didn’t have a chance to the initial time and he was very informative and responded with detail.
