Dr. Rubin!!! He is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had– he’s extremely knowledgeable, helpful and down-to-earth. I am soooo thankful I found him!

Approximately 1 week prior to this visit, I went in to Visionworks to select a new pair of frames. The manager at that time was extremely helpful and insightful. I had chosen a pair of frames that came in two colors and I was having a difficult time choosing between them. Virtually every staff in the store gave me their opinion which was much appreciated! Sometimes it’s hard to really«see yourself», if you know what I mean, so was very grateful for their input. I called a few days later because I found the frames online for a much cheaper price and I was told that they would price match if the frames were exact. On 6÷19÷15, I returned to the store with the printout of the online price. The girl at the counter greeted me and said she remembered me. I showed her the printout and she told me she just needed to get the manager for price matching. The manager did not even acknowledge my presence. She was at the computer and suddenly said«absolutely not». To be honest, I am not sure exactly what she was saying. The nice receptionist then told me that I could have the price match but that I would not be able to use my insurance toward it. Why not? I still do not know. I thanked her for her help but informed her that I would buy the frame, with the presumption lenses online as it was cheaper. The manager then turned to me and said«so we’re done here?». Really? How is that appropriate to say to a customer at all? She didn’t even attempt to explain or apologize. Nothing. It’s surprising that the sales staff are better behaved than the manager! I have been to other visionworks before and I will likely continue to do so in the future but that was not a good experience. Manager 1 star Remainder of staff 5 stars

I’ve been coming here for years! I ordered my glasses in March my lens got scratched n started peeling a few months later and they replaced my lens no questions asked. Today I called at 2:00 for a same day appointment and they were able to see me an hour later for my daughter’s check up. Turns out she needed her first pair of glasses to see the chalk board. I asked if it was possible to get them today and sure enough my daughter walked out with her brand new glasses and will be ready to see the world clearer! Thank you for the great customer service and hospitality. I love Dr. Ruben!

They treat you like sh*t. Period. They act like they can’t be bothered to help you, and worst of all the day they told me my glasses would be ready, they weren’t. I had to go in there and demand my glasses! Hello! I need them to see… They are kind of important! Bottom line i called to get my prescription faxed over today and the woman on the phone was so blatantly rude if I was still in New York… We would have finished the conversation in person. If I could give them zero stars i would. Save your aggravation and go to LensCrafters. Pay a little more for quality service…
