This place is hard to find if you are not from the are! Well ok, it didn’t help that it was rainy and dark out, but seriously, after nightfall you will probably miss it! Anyway, really good roast beef at wonderful prices. The girl on the phone(sorry I forgot your name!) helped us locate it as we had passed by 2 – 3 times. Great portions, RARE roast beef, all the condiments you could ever want, AND they deliver! Definite fan!

Everything on the menu is superb. Roast beef is excellent. The frield haddock sandwich is huge. Bring your appetite.

Jasmine’s has the best roast beef sandwiches in North Andover. They have crinkle fries. This is now my place for roast beef when I am in the area. Service is fast and friendly! I have not tried nothing else here because I am too addicted to their RB.

I’ve been going to solely this place for roast beef since it opened and couldn’t be more satisfied. Was a huge Harrison’s fan, up until they let a bunch of heroin addicts run the place and now the sandwiches taste like AIDS, now i don’t know how i made it all this time without Jasmine’s. I’ve tried a few other things here as well, their fried seafood(for a restaurant that’s 30 minutes from any ocean) is pretty good and i like the tartar sauce quite a bit. Everything else on the menu though i can honestly live without, french fries(if you forget to ask for crinkle cut) are meh at best, and the onion rings are bland as hell, yet the roast beef is still so damn good that i have to give Jasmine’s 5 stars.

This review here is just for their roast beef, in which I’m very familiar with. They have a perfect execution of the roast beef sandwich. I’ve got a large roast beef sub, with sauce(James River Barbeque Sauce) and cheese, about 100 times here. They toast the sub roll with butter, which is the bomb. I haven’t been to Harrison’s since this place opened, and I «rant and rave» about this establishment. I can’t think of anything that could be done to improve it, therefore it’s five stars for sure. Good job y’all, and thanks for all that sweet sweet beef.

Just got a roast beef here on the way home on a whim. It was actually very good. Give them a whirl next time.

The newest place in town to pick up a sandwich or deep fried sea food is Jasmine’s. Open for nearly four months now and craving a cheese steak and the stomach coating it brings with it for a night of drinking I thought I would give the new place a try. What stands this place out from just about every other sub shop in town is no pizza. That’s fine because Culpeppers has that taken care of. Calling up on a Friday evening & being told my hot sub would be ready in ten minutes was surprising. Finding it in a bag waiting for me less than ten minutes later was over more surprising. This was a good sub, not the best I ever had, but good. What makes it worth the stop is the prices. $ 5.75 for a large steak bomb. Nice shoe string fries too. Location made onion rings were good. Nothing greasy here. I’ll actually try the beef someday & maybe the sea food.(boiling fish in oil is not my idea of a good time) Not bad.
