All Care Laser Center

I wanted to wait until over a year after my laser treatment was complete to review, but I could have easily given them the same rating after my first appointment.
I shopped around at different laser places, but All Care Laser Center won by a landslide. It hits all the things I needed most. The center is CLEAN (almost medical, which I really appreciate), the staff are super knowledgeable and professional. There is a big focus on client education, from how each laser works (EACH laser, they sport a very comprehensive collection) to care and maintenance after a session.
The team worked with me to come up with a treatment plan, and I can go back in whenever to get a touchup (I’ve already done this once in preparation for a wedding). I fit the «successful candidate» profile closely in that I’m pasty pale with dark, thick hair. I had six laser treatments and I experienced about 70% hair reduction easily. I usually maintain things with an epilator a few times a month and it’s incredible the difference laser has made not only to my appearance but my self esteem and confidence. I only hope ACLS stays open for a loooong time!

I was worried about getting fractional laser skin treatment yesterday. A friend had it done and the results were amazing so thought I’d try, but was so very worried about pain and downtime/​recovery and getting back to work.
Christine was educated on all topics of skin treatments and answered all my questions with a calming smile. Numbing gel was applied and the procedure lasted 5 minutes with subtle aggravation — not pain – it was like a light grazing as the wand methodically went over face. I bought Biofene for afterwards (which is made in France and pricey but you get what you pay for). Today (24 hours exact) the splotchiness has evened out and only light swelling remains – i havent iced either! My marionette lines have all but disappeared and my skin tone-​pores are refined – and its only supposed to get better! I am so happy with the results. Great place. I work close by and visited them to have a tattoo removed (one of many poor decisions that occurred during spring break 99). It wasn’t an easy process, but the folks working there were awesome.

Used voucher from LivingSocial — definitely worth the money! Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Service is quick with minimal pain, and they are punctual with appointments.

Not a huge buyer of Groupons or the like, I saw that this facility was running a special on Laser hair removal treatments. Having heard from many gf’s that this new «option» to eliminate a common nuisance was awesome, I thought I would try it. Entering the offices somewhat nervous, I was pleasantly surprised to encounter the friendly, accommodating technicians here at All Care Laser! Each of the girls that has worked on me has been knowledgeable, funny, and great in EVERY way. They explain everything about the procedure to the last detail, and make an otherwise slightly uncomfortable experience worth the pain of going through it! They also offer evening hours, which are SO convenient. A couple of zaps won’t kill ya, and the results are amazing. I just received my 3^rd treatment yesterday, and have 3 more to go. I am looking forward to a smooth summer! LOL! Please make the trip to All Care Laser? The conscientious staff and laid back environment are worth the trip.

This was a gift (Living Social voucher) and at first I wasn’t too excited about traveling from Boston to N Andover — there are so many other centers in Boston (i thought). As a matter of fact I had simultaneously bought two other packages with two different centers, Skin Spa, on Newbury St., and All In One, in Watertown — coincidence or not, the farther i went the better the results. (i don’t recommend anyone to go to Newbury).
Now, to the point, All Care Laser did a great job on my lower legs — I started all three treatments at the same time, and All Care Laser is the center that gives the more weeks in between treatments. So far I’ve had the least number of treatments with them, and by far the most noticeable and enduring results. I mentioned that with one of the professionals and she explained to me why they do things the way they do — very knowledgeable!
Were I not moving away from NE, I’d do full body with them for sure!

This is a beautiful place with knowledgeable staff! The owner is amazing — she held my hand through the treatment, explained everything and basically was mother, sister and brother to me! Also, they are all super gorgeous!

This place is like a hidden jewel or something! It seems like laser clinics and Med spas have taken over the planet so I’m always a little skeptical going to a new place. They had a really good deal going on Buy With Me so I decided to check it out. It was really nice inside, simple but elegant, not too much of a cold medical feel but not too overly relaxing like a spa. I had my consultation for some skin care treatments for my face and felt they knew what they were doing. (I had a lot of questions). I booked my first appointment for 2 weeks later thinking I may back out, but I went and had a great first treatment. Since then I’ve been back about 3 times with nice results each time. I purchased a series to get rid of dark spots on my face and neck and they are slowly but surely fading. My treatments have been consistently good every time I go, so I feel good about writing this. I’ve been to other places where you see someone different all the time and it seems like they all do something different! I just don’t get that at all. It makes me nervous too considering they are working on my face. Most of the time I’ve had Kristina but the last time I had someone else and they treatment was just as good. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.
