We got an iced coffee and two regular, all three tastes like the coffee had been sitting for a long period of time (even though it was 6am and they opened at 4am. My wife order a breakfast sandwich on a plain bagel and they made it on an everything, when she went back in to get the correct sandwich they argued with her saying that is what she ordered and got mad. Then started yelling at each other in their native language. Just plain bad service.

I’m not generally a DD fan but this one is near my office and sometimes my coworkers want to go here. I’m such a nice guy I just accommodate them.
* It’s in a tiny little plaza on the corner of Trooper and Egypt and I find the access annoying.
* The language barrier here can be substantial. God Bless America but you need to have the skills that match the job and often that’s a problem here.
* I can throw a stick at six other places where I can get breakfast food and coffee faster and generally more conveniently.
They get two stars from me.

This Dunkin Donuts is newly redone. I like the new atmosphere. Sometimes the staff struggles to understand what you say though.

Extremely poor service. First time they handed me a drink without a straw and when I asked for one they acted put out by my request. Second time around they argued with me re my order. I returned my order. Will not go back, ever.
