Dunkin’ Donuts

We went through the drive through and got 3 coffees… The hot latte was 100% milk with zero coffee and the two iced coffees were undrinkable… Pass on this one

I’m sitting in this location right now and I’m very pleased. The inside looks clean and well-​kept. Maybe even recently refurbished? I think most people use the drive-​through so it’s not too crazy inside. However, the parking lot is a nightmare, so watch out for that. The person on the register wasn’t terribly nice, but the service was very fast. On the plus side, they do have free, functional Wifi, unlike some of the other DD locations that I’ve visited lately. I’d definitely come back again.

Get an order correct and learn to speak English! First off, my straw smelled like curry. Nice right? I am lactose intolerant and ordered black coffee and got with cream. Not once twice. After you place your order the cashier says «come to window» because they cannot speak correct or complete English. Do yourself a favor and go to wawa or better yet Starbucks.

Such rudeness and attitude I don’t care if they got drive thru I will go to a place that’s nicer and friendly that’s why I go to one on Swede Road and West Germantown Pike I was going thru drive thru and lady like yeah yeah I know so I left and went to better one the DD on Markley street sucks plus when I went there before they can’t hand me my stuff till I hand them money or card like really I pay for my shit!!!

this is the worst dunkin donuts of any one i have ever been to. i am not sure how hard it is to make a coffee correct when its your job. i go to dunkin every morning and out of the 6 locations i go to this is the only one who can not seem to make a coffee right. every time i go here and ask for AND PAY for extra flavor in my iced coffee, it has little to NO flavor in it. I am not the biggest coffee fan so i need the flavor to make it worth it or i can no even drink it. It never fails here, at this location every time, my coffee tastes like straight coffee with zero flavor in it. i try my absolute hardest to NEVER go to this location, however its a shame because this is about 30 seconds from my house. get your act straight ! it is not that hard to follow a simple order and make a coffee correct !

My 4 year old is big about washing his hands. Sometimes it becomes a game and we go in like a half dozen times. He had donut on his hand and asked to use the men’s room. He screamed and did a 180 back to our table. Men’s room is a disaster.

this used to be the best DD in the area, but not anymore with the new staff.
there is a HUGE difference between veggie cream cheese and straight-from-Satan’s-butthole salmon cream cheese. apparently, the employees at this location were not taught what that difference is.

Great service and drive thru. And a cute Indian guy took my order. You know why people like chains? Because they know what they want n dont need to think too hard or make a decision over small things like coffee and dont need to be too surprised as they know what to expect. Thats why chains typically do well. People dont always have the energy to figure out if a store is selling something they want when they are out shopping and get exhausted and need to fuel up their bodies. By the way… the Decaff was a tad bit sweet. I just needed something hot. Usually dont like that much sugar in my decaff.

I can’t tell you how much I love this dunkin donuts. I go 2x’s a week. Always pleasant and quick with my order. They always give a smile and sometimes will give me a complimentary donut.

I don’t know why people are bitching about this location. Yea, the people are foreign so you’re not getting some great customer service but damn they make good food and drinks I can’t complain.

Greedy on the Splenda but great service. :-)

What makes this Dunkin Donuts worth stopping in, is not the coffee donuts or sandwiches but the great service by the people behind the counter. Become a regular and by the time you negotiate the long lines in the morning, and your order will be ready for you before you even order it.

Okay, if you’ve read my other reviews, you know I’m big on customer service. Well, I can’t even call the staff at this Dunkin Donuts a customer service oriented team. A pack of dogs could do a better job taking, making and delivering my order. No seriously, the staff at this location absolutely SUCK!!!
I have been going here about 1 – 4 times a month to pick up breakfast and I can honestly say they have messed up my order 85% of the time.
First, the horrible woman that takes my order, cannot keep one thought in her head for even a minute because she forgets your order as soon as you tell it to her. She repeats it back but already messes it up.
Second, when the order is made and brought to you, they’ve usually made you the wrong type of coffee, or given you the wrong sandwich!
This has happened so many times, that I am finally writing this review, which is long overdue!
I’m going to call their customer service complaint line too about this particular location, because they need someone from Corporate to come out there and whip their asses into gear! I could do a better job taking and fulfilling orders in my sleep while having the stomach flu!!!
So the only reasons to go here are:
1) this is the closest place to you at the time
2) you have lots of patience to wait to see if they can get your order right or fix it while you’re still standing there.
I’ve been to other locations, and they have NEVER messed up my order, but this one does it on a regular basis!
