I went here for a pedicure today and was thrilled. I’m not sure what the other reviewers saw, but I certainly didn’t. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door and every one was pleasant. There were 4 people working and there was a slow but steady business for the entire time I was there. It’s $ 27 for a basic pedicure, which is at the low end of the $ 25 – 35 range that is typical for the area. Here is what I loved: 1) No f***ing upsell. You look at the menu, you ask for what you want and that’s it. There are places I’ve stopped going to because it’s a continual string of people offering you something for«just $ 5» on top of what you’ve already asked for. 2) They opened the sterile autoclave package of tools right in front of me. Perfect. 3) They give you a hot stone massage and wrap your feet and legs in hot towels as part of the basic pedicure. 4) The pedicurist gave me a 5 minute shoulder massage while my toes were drying! I’ll definitely be back and I’ve already told two other people out this place. Great job guys!

Not very friendly when you walk in. The woman did a rush job of my manicure(I only got polish). Because of her rushing she cut my cuticle on my one finger which would not stop bleeding. After I left I literally had to put paper towels on it then wrapped bandaids tightly around my finger for hours before it even stopped… It was also concerning that she was still doing my nails while I bled; used the buffer, file, polishes, etc. The nail design I asked for was also rushed and looked horrible. Told her what I wanted but she didn’t really ask what colors I wanted for the design, just did her thing, which would of been fine except she was lousy at it. Since I was on a semi-time crunch I let it go. I feel I wasted my money here on a manicure I could of done at home, but learned my lesson and I will not be going back here again.

Do not come here! Besides really bad service, the lady who did my toes and man who did my nails both tried to put nail polish remover in the polish to thin it out… Right in front of me. Never again

The salon is spacious, however I did not care for it. I just moved to the area so tried it since it was close. The staff was not so friendly and and there was no hand massage, or even lotion at the end of the manicure. I went in with pink and white nails and they were filled in with regular acrylic so are off color. The whole experience felt rushed. I wanted my eyebrows waxed but they gave me my total to pay before I was asked if I wanted further service or before having a chance to ask. I will not be returning.

I have been here 3 – 4 times because it is close to home, reasonably priced and open on Sundays. Aside from price and location, what I like best about this salon is that they do a hot stone massage AND wrap your feet in hot towels during your pedicure. At most other places, you don’t get these extras for the price of a regular pedicure. The quality of their work is above average. For the most part, the employees are ok. They don’t engage the customers and they do talk amongst themselves a lot… but I have found this to be the case at a lot of places. The reason this salon gets 2 stars is mainly because of my last visit. I went in with my friend to get pedicures early in the day. They were not terribly busy but there were not that many employees working either — especially for a weekend morning. An employee sat us in the chairs, turned on the foot spas, and began my friends’ pedicure. I sat there, patiently, at first without a word from any of the employees. No, «Sorry for the wait» or «Someone will be right with you» or even«we’re understaffed today, do you mind waiting until someone is free?» Finally, after about 25 minutes, I dried off my feet and put my shoes on. Only then did the person who was doing my friend’s nails finally look up and say, «You don’t want to wait?» I said no and waited for my friend to finish up. As we were about to leave, I finally get a «Sorry» — and that was it. The whole experience was really disappointing, a complete waste of time, and, in my opinion, unprofessional. For that reason, I will likely not return and will try out one of the other dozen nail salons in the area — even if I have to pay a little more.

the girls and i got gel manicures here over the weekend. i am very pleased with the results; much better than the last manicure i got from another salon. ladies, gel manicures are the way to go!!! it was a little bit rushed, probably because they were getting crowded, but i’m still happy with how my nails came out. they were fairly busy, but we had made an appointment so we didn’t have to wait long. the staff was very nice and professional. they did talk amongst themselves a lot, but that doesn’t bother me. the space itself it nice and open. everything was clean. prices are compareable to other salons in the area. our gel manicures were $ 25 each, which is the same price in most places. a nice thing about this place is that every pedicure comes with a hot stone massage-something that most places don’t do. i will definitely be back here again, but during the week when they may not be as busy.

Quotes one price over phone, but charges something else once there. Nice, roomy, clean interior. Manicurist too soft, trimmed nails lopsided. Used my own nails, and the color lasted all of 3 days before it looked noticeably chipped.
