Good size and quality rooms for the price. Desk clerk worked to get us the best available discount. Room was clean and roomy. Furnishings were finctional, not worn. Free breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausage and make your own waffles. Overall, nothing spectacular, nothing bad. Just what I need for an overnight on the road.

A three star rating for this establishment. Let’s start with the good: Price is reasonable. Rooms are spacious(especially the suites) Location is great. You’re right near I-35 and there are plenty restaurants nearby. People are friendly. There’s a free breakfast. It’s relatively quiet(at least it was both times I’ve stayed here). Bed was firm, but comfortable for me, and the pillows were perfect. Things that could be improved: Cleaning — which can be a big one. There was a gob of ketchup on the wall in the room, along with a chocolate milk stain on the wall next to the television. First of all — I’d like to know HOW this happens and why the perpetrator doesn’t clean up after his/herself? Secondly, cleaning staff should be thorough enough to notice these types of things and clean them up. I didn’t complain because it was late, and the sleeping areas were clean. And I had no intention of rolling around on the walls, so I figured I would live. Parking on a Wednesday night was difficult. There were tractor trailers and motorhomes parked every which way in the front lot. There was a lot that was completely empty in back(Not sure which hotel owns it) but I think large trucks like that should have to park there. Also, be prepared for prices to increase on game days. Even though this is one of the furthest hotels from campus in town, accommodations are at a premium when OU has a home game. It’s hard to look past the ketchup on the wall, but given everything else, I would at least consider this hotel again. I’d stayed here before and was happy enough to come back again. That being said, there are plenty of other hotels in the area, and unless they can step up in the cleaning department, I may look elsewhere next time I’m in town.

If I could rate it zero, I would! Worst experience in a long time. Reserved two queen suites for the family. Upon arrival our suites had been given to others. Never called, never apologized; just«we’ve got three regular one bed rooms for you». We were traveling with 4 kids under 12 years old. General manager was little help. Lots of noise, smoke and dirt. Breakfast ran out of staple items nearly every day. Wouldn’t stay here again if the rooms were FREE!

First time trip to Ok. Came for a wedding and booked hotel sight unseen via a travel website. Room was clean and comfortable with a comfy bed and great pillows. Excellent customer service and reasonably priced. The breakfast that is incl is actually very decent. Was expecting rinky dink continental breakfast that is provided by most and was surprised to find a large variety. Including scrambled eggs and sausage. Will probably never go to Ok again, but would definitely stay at another Comfort Inn based on this experience. Very centrally located to airport, restaurants, and stores.
