Panera in general is over priced quick service food. It seems like every time I go there the prices increase. But yet I still go back because they offer healthier items then most places. About this particular store, it seems like every time I order online for pick up they mess something up or forget something. So as a tip, if you do order online for pickup double check your bag to make sure they have included everything.

Took a little too long to get our food but overall great service and patient employees, would go there again. Wi-Fi is a little messed up and slow at times. Delicious bread and soups!

Stopped in because I hadn’t had Panera for awhile and went here mainly for Bagels when I was younger. They have since transitioned into a large menu that is somewhat confusing. I ordered the chicken soba noodles with a turkey bacon sandwich for just under $ 13 and had a seat. Not but seconds later I was called by my name across the room to be told that they were out of the soup I ordered and was given several other options none of which included a protein and was then told you can go get your money back if you like. Settled for the edamame soba noodles took a seat and then was called back up by my name seconds later to pick up my order. Food was just ok nothing special definitely lacked flavor in both soup and sandwich. I still am confused as to why they gave me a buzzer when they yelled my name across the dining room twice. It appears as if they have a lot of ppl standing around, maybe they should bring the food to the table? Overall the atmosphere is nice, customer service is a bust, a little pricey for what you get. My opinion: they should stick to bagels and coffee.

While on the road trip we stopped at this location for quick bit at 7pm. We decided on Panera, two out of three of us wanted to try the new Broth Bowls. They were out of broth. It would not be a big deal if the broth bowls were not their new hot item, spot light of all their ongoing commercials, big posters on every window. Then you go to the cashier and you get«we are out of broth» and keep staring at you with indifferent gaze. Didn’t even try to pretend to be apologetic. It’s silly to invite people to try something and not have tons of it.

Food is pretty good but expensive and portions are tiny! The parking lot is awful, people are always driving the wrong way against the arrows! I only go back because my wife likes the food more than i do and it’s on the way home.

I know as American’s we are over weight but damn can’t we at least get dressing on or salad’s. Start away from drive thru unless you want someone else’s order every time.

The place was busy but they were moving the people through quickly. I ordered the soba noodle bowl with chicken. It was different, glad i ordered it. The soup had mushrooms, cabbage, slivers of carrot, cilantro and a delicious broth with sesame seeds and tender noodles throughout. The reason for the 4 stars is after lunch i got six bear claws and 6 pecan twists which cost $ 32! After i got home i was so disappointed. They both had a hint of a sweet lemon taste to them. This just ruined the desserts for me. Why did they have this taste? For this price i expected better.

Chicken Cobb with avocado salad is good, but the standard dressing is too acidic. I’d choose a creamier dressing like ranch. The tomato soup had an antiseptic taste to it. Wasn’t very good. It’s a cheap place so what can I expect. They did get the order correct and the staff is very friendly. Parking is a major issue.

Food is always excellent. Service is always friendly. Later in the evening means less of a selection for bakery items or getting a bread bowl for your soup, but that is to be expected. Parking is a downside but there is a drive through!

Love the black bean soup! Parking is usually a problem here, so I take the drive thru.

Parking is crazy– some one way drives that I missed being from out of state. Basic menu and solid service. Appreciated that they didn’t slice the bagels automatically. Not sure how I feel about the calories being on the menu!

I’ve been here THREETIMESNOW where they have been on out bread on a chilly night. REALLY? You are Panera BREAD. I’m not usually one to write reviews, but this is ridiculous. They also have been out of broccoli cheddar soup? before. I could see this maybe happening once due to a huge crowd or something but if your bread is baked daily can’t you just bake some more?!? Or bake extra when it’s going to be chilly. Not to mentioned this all happens around 7 oclock, so not even at closing time. Utterly ridiculous.

The food is awesome! It is a little pricey but I definitely think that it’s worth it. So many menu options that I would suggest looking online before you go in if it’s your first visit.

Panera Bread has soup, salad and sandwiches. They also have pastries and serve coffee. Ordering is done from a counter, and food is picked up. There are booths, tables, free wifi, places/corners to hide in. I got a vegetarian ½ soup w/½ sandwich — very tasty. I’ve been to that franchise a few time. The soup, salad and sandwiches are quite good, coffee is good too. A solid 3.. . Service not as good as other franchises, and, someone dinged my rental car in the parking lot.

Courteous and thorough customer service accompany warm fresh bagels and frothy cappuccinos at this breakfast and lunch hot spot. Whether you’re eager for eggs, starving for soup, or dreaming of deli meats, panera chain restaurants are a sure crowd pleaser. Their soup/sandwich/salad combos mean you don’t have to choose between a sumptuous soft bite of bread and a leafy green treat(say yes to fruit, nuts, and avocado in salad). need a carbacious treat in a hurry? This location boasts a drive-thru! need a super caffeine boost? FREEREFILLSONCOFFEE! That’s right! Great coffee with freshly-brewed carafes sitting neatly in a row, marked with their brew time, awaiting you to finish your first cup and come back for seconds, or thirds. Or start with the hazelnut and make yourself a cup of regular to go! With their bagel pack of a dozen bagels and two full tubs of cream cheese at only about fourteen dollars, anyone can afford to be the office celebrity tomorrow morning.(they also do a carafe of coffee to go) oh yeah!

Love the Mango Ceylon tea and the Cinnamon Crunch bagel with Hazelnut cream cheese is my regular delight! My mother enjoys the souffles and the hazzelenut coffee here. Also, you don’t «HAVETO» get bagels sliced here. You can ask for them not to slice them. I personally recommend it because they WILL last longer.

This Panera Bread was next to my hotel so it was very easy. I thought it was your standard Panera Bread with the normal food choices. The negative things I have to say about this location is that the staff is a little slow with the drive-thru and comprehending their own menu choices. We ordered a fruit cup and got a yogurt partfait(we realized this too late) and when we ordered 2 fruit cups the day prior the guy on the drive thru said«we do not carry them… wait…we have some fruit».

I think Panera is pretty good if you’re looking for a deli sandwich. The prices are okay, especially since one sandwich is too much for me, I often share it. I usually stick to the Italian, I’ve noticed that the bread changes depending on who makes it. One day the sandwich is big enough for 3 people, and another day it’s as if I ordered a half sandwich and was charged full price. I’ve tried the wild rice and french onion soup and both are okay. It’s never my first pick for where to eat. My favorite thing they offer would be the bagels.
