This store has the most awesome customer service! Shout out to Chris, Lisa and Taylorae for going miles beyond making the customer happy! In a similar situation, many stores would have gotten frustrated with me, but they were beyond believe! Thank you from the customer who returned 2 coffeemakers!

This particular BBB is just awesome.
Its now my favorite place to shop for anything. The customer service is outstanding and beyond what you’d expect.
Two times now I have had to return something that wasnt working quiet like it should and I didn’t have the receipt and they let me swap it out for a new one, no questions asked.
Another time, I brought an item in that we received as a gift, and I know BBB sold it… they allowed me to swap that one out too, and I even told them that I wasnt 100% sure that it was even bought from there… they said «we sell it, so it might have been, lets make it right for you».
Totally recommend this particular store, I cant vouch for all

Big box chain store but good selection of products that are hard to find in a small town in Central Illinois.

Ok, BBB– it’s a chain, so the quality of product seems fairly standard. I will say that this location is very neat and everything is well labeled and priced. The staff are always willing to help and there are usually a lot of them. Everytime that I have been there, if the registers get crowded, well, they call for help.
*they take expired coupons and you can use as many as you want.
I just dont think I can bring myself to 5 star a chain. It is a box store and they are pleasant, but no local products (which I understand, they can’t), no real involvement in the community. Just sorta there.

I was recently married (applause break) and, as a result, took a tour of the major registry stores. There is no question that Bed Bath & Beyond has the best service when it comes to registries (at least in our experience). I don’t understand why more companies don’t sink some money into developing their registry programs. This is a serious cash cow. You refer tons of people to your store and request that they buy stuff from them, so you’re constantly bringing in new clientèle. Then, you hook a young couple on your store. What’s not to understand about the advantage of having a great registry program? That’s a question that I’d like to pose to the CEO of Target and other stores. Bed Bath & Beyond however? They get it. They make registering at their store easier than anywhere else and they have nice stuff. If you’re registering — check this place out. If you’re buying a gift off of a registry — check this place out (20% off coupons — you get them, or know someone who does — use them). If you’re out to buy a cutting board — go to TJ Max because it’ll be way cheaper.
