I stopped here to grab a couple of chili’s for a friend and I on my way in for the night, the wait was a bit longer than usual although this location was pretty dead… perhaps the car in front of me had a huge order? So I get up to the window the cashier Nadia… was very polite, after she handed my order to me I checked the bag for the hot chili sauce (its like a hot sauce) I didn’t see them on top but just to be safe I asked her for some before I pulled off, she gave me a couple and she looked me right in the eye and assured me that there were already some in the bag… on my way out of the lot I pulled over to check the bag thoroughly… she didn’t put any in the bag like she said she had so confidently… smh

Wish I could give it zero stars. The only consistency at this location is the bad attitudes and rude staff. Lack of accuracy amazes me. And no, I do not need 4 knives with my complete order of one baked potato. I’ve tried too many times to attempt to get a decent lunch. I give up. Never going back.

Horrible Wendy’s. Horrible, horrible, horrible!
Drink machines not working, not able to make advertised sandwiches, total attitudes from staff. Given the demographics of the location, I guess it is to be expected…
I have NEVER been in a more poorly run Wendy’s. Owner needs to fire the entire staff and hire people who will do their jobs and appreciate them
Plus, I can get a lot more for the same money at Five Guys! Adiós, Wendy!

Just left there-​could not get waited on to save our lives! Counted 6 employees all grouped together talking and holding paper bags by the drive-​thru window. Waited 11 minutes & we were out of there. Useless employees, useless manager. Sheesh, who hires these employees? Does the owner never really check on his store? Pathetic, even for «fast food».

It’s Wendy’s and who doesn’t love their frosty? I was in the area and decided that I HAD to have one. The line never seems to be long, even when I’ve gone during lunch hour. For a «fast food» place, this is exactly what I want. Get in, get my frosty, get out (and then pig out).
