This Walgreens photo place is absolutely horrible !!! If I could leave a 0 star review I would !!! We ordered pictures at 5:38 said they would be ready for pick up by 6:05 … Fearing that was a little too soon me and my fiancé waited until after 6:30 to go and get them … We arrived at 6:35 where the cashier had to page not once but twice for someone to come over and assist us in the photo department. Slowly this older lady walks up at 6:41 asks for our order name, walks over to the printer and says «it’s gonna be a «few minutes» it ran out of paper «I’m pissed at this point because we’re already late to give you guys extra time and now their not ready ??? Smh suddenly all the photo people are all in the section frantic because my face did not hide how I was feeling ! At 6:58 the lazy young girl tells us we have 18 more to go … We only had 58 ! You literally did not even start my order if almost 20 minutes into us waiting there you still have 18 out of 58 to go !!! Finally at 7:02 our order is ready ! WE DID NOT EVEN RECEIVE 1 APOLOGY OR ANYTHING ! YOU GUYS KNEW YOU WERE WRONG AND STILL DIDNT SAY ANYTHING ! I WILL NEVER SPEND MONEY AT THIS WALGREENS AGAIN ! They’ve hired a team of fat lazy retards !

I’ve changed my opinion re: «the pharmacy.» I just change the time I pick up my Rx. The «star» rating is for the overall Walgreens experience. There is a lady at the front checkouts who is AMAZING. I can’t recall her name. Her customer service skills are… amazing. She knows the product location and she knows what’s in the flyer!

This place is the black hole. No where else can I attend to run in for cough medicine and come out with $ 80 worth of everything else in the store! It’s a total time suck for me. I often have to tell myself «ok, we’re going to go in for 5 minutes!» — 20 minutes later, I’m still looking at the «As On TV» aisle! :) I really like the staff and this store is 24 hours, so it’s always a go to place for buying last minute birthday cards, emergency medicine — pretty much anything else you need! Ha

Customer service could be better somedays. Overall a decent location but can get very busy in the evenings.
