How do you make a great place even better? Make it a one stop shop for all of your favorite tea and local delicatessens! They now have yummy treats from Bonbonnier(how awesome is that?) Like their famous toffee and a small assortment of truffles. I love the downtown location for mid-week runs and a refreshing cup of tea. Just like the VA Beach store, they have tons of teas and tea time! The cups of tea are about half the price of the other tea place in the mall(who shall remain nameless). The employees at both locations are awesome. The owner is superb which must be why she hires awesome people. I would highly recommend stopping by for a cup of tea, even if it’s hot out they can make iced tea(orange creamsicle and cherry are my favs on a warm day).

Please people visit this store for all your tea needs!!! I haven’t experience such wonderful customer service like that in a long time!!! Also the teas are amazing! Bought 3 different green teas and a tea pot and I could hardly wait to get home and make some tea!!! You can also go in and buy a cup of tea for under $ 3 so you can try it and make sure you like it before you buy it! To me that is amazing!!! I will never buy tea any where else now!!! They have my business for as long as I live here!!!

This is a fantastic place with a great charm. I’ve wanted to visit their Virginia Beach location for the longest time and never got around to it. As soon as I saw that they had a location in Norfolk, I knew that I had to make a visit. My first visit here was the day before Valentines Day and they had a lot of wonderful specials going on. The person working at the time, despite the store being crowded, took the time to show me their assortment of Tea’s that you could smell before you purchased. They also had a sarea in the back where they had samples of chocolate and tea as plenty of tables to sit in if you were inclined to purchase a cup/pot of tea. As someone who is trying to avoid caffeine, they gave me knowledge on the levels of caffeine in tea, and teas that were naturally decaffeinated. Their prices are in line with grocery store prices, but you have the freedom to purchase by the ounce(2 oz minimum) and they also include the tea necessities for brewing loose teas including a perfect cup of tea(spoon) and individual bags. I’ve been back several occasions now and the good service never goes away.

That’s it, I’m addicted! The awesome people at Quintin’s keeps me coming back to fill my ever growing stash of teas. I’m a firm believer that sometimes, all it takes is an impeccable customer service to keep you coming back and making a business feel like another home. This is what it’s like to walk in here. It’s warm, inviting and did I mention the friendly faces behind the counter? So if it’s your first time, just let one of the staff know and they’ll assist you with their process. It’s really simple, sniff some jars, and tell them what you like. I believe 2oz is the smallest bag size you could get, which is about 5bucks. Trust me, that 2oz lasts a while, even for a moderate tea drinker. They also have all sorts of tea supplies, from tea bags, holders, tin cans and super cute tea sets! Plus they serve scrumptious treats and sample teas at their quaint little back room. Stop by! Even just to sniff around and have a pleasant conversations.

Love this place! My husband and I came here about a week after they opened and hadn’t yet done their«grand opening» but we fell in love with it. The place is beautifully decorated with teas all around in really amazing tins that are each so cool and special. There was the Titanic Tea which is what they drank on the Titanic before it went down– just as an example. They have samples of any tea you’d like to try(we tried the chai which was delicious) and things like tea pots, tea kettles, spoons, sugar, honey, and diffusers of all types. They have a Virginia Beach store too but I’ve never been there– this is their second location. The Virginia Beach one has food at it too, but this one doesn’t. But they encourage you to bring any food you’d like and drink tea by the cup in the tea room so that solves that problem. The customer service was wonderful the people were so nice and clearly very excited to open this location. They were friendly to talk to but not pushy at all with selling which is exactly what makes me WANT to buy from there. And finally, they are way cheaper than Teavanna. But their tea is still incredible. I seriously encourage anyone in the area just to stop in, smell the teas in all the jars and really just have fun. We will absolutely be back!
