I asked Minuteman press to do our wedding stationery, and they said they’d be able to. Over the course of a few weeks, I received a few designs but when I ultimately needed a final proof and to submit an order, they told me they couldn’t get it done due to a bigger job that had just come up. I can understand the limited payback of a small order. However, their repeated promises of completing the job on the timeline I expressed and then backing out at the last minute was extraordinarily unprofessional. So glad I didn’t give them my money!
