Do not go to this location! They have horrible customer service and they will try and get you into a contract that they will lie to you about! I asked specifically if I could cancel at any time. They started that I could so I agreed. Now apparently they have new management so I’m under contract for 12 months. On top of that I can’t even get through half the time to make an appointment.

Very nice staff. I was treated very well. There tranquility room is one of the best I’ve seen. The massage was top notch. The therapist was very kind and used just the right amout of pressure to remove the daily stress. I highly recommend it to everyone.

I’m starting to like this location aside from it’s convenience to home. The staff is always attentive and courteous. Today my therapist was Debbie Ann, whose focus is light to medium pressure and stretching. I tend to prefer deep pressure but she catered to what my muscles needed and her incorporation of stretches were perfect! I highly recommend her. She was very knowledgeable about what she was doing to what muscles. The only thing I don’t like about this location is the parking deal, but that’s downtown Norfolk for ya… So have some quarters for the meter:-)

Hubby and I went here today, it was ok… just ok… the two ladies who gave us our massages were ok… just ok; I really wasn’t impressed and it wasn’t even a full hour massage. We were taken bake to the room at 1407 and our massages ended at 1500 that was even after we disrobed as well as for in our individual tables. The pressure used was adequate but we asked for deep tissue and that wasn’t deep tissue or even moderate pressure. I won’t go back and I doubt hubby will either; been there, done that and no thank you.

Very nice. I had a great massage by Jon Q. Totally wish they had a college student membership rate. Can be a bit pricey but well worth it if you can afford it!
