I thought about living here when I moved. What is crime like in the area? Where do you park your cars? Is it secure parking or just on the street?

My then fiancé, now husband moved here in November they were just starting to rent out 1 & 2 bedrooms. We really like living here. I came in May and pool opened Memorial Day weekend. Staff and leasing office members are friendly. They encourage get togethers and resident functions. Renting the clubhouse for any function is easy to do. Trash chutes on every floor and parking is complimentary unless you want your own reserved spot. It’s safe and secure and walking distance to the Ghent area, bars and restaurants! So glad we chose to live here, perks include a less than 2 mile commute to old dominion university where I work and just a few miles from the navy shipyard in Portsmouth and naval station norfolk base.
