Not impressed with the very rude service I received. Then my order was wrong and not filled/made correctly. My shake was served in a cup, no top, no whip cream as pictured. When I mentioned this the server said«we can’t all get what we want» hmm seriously? Will not be coming back here.

I hate when I read Unilocal reviews and there is nothing but horrible ratings. And when I go the service is amazing. Drive through was fast and the lady asked us specifically how many sauces we wanted because we said a lot. She told us to have a great night with a big smile on her face. I’ve been here multiple times but never read the ratings since it’s fast food but I decide to put my review in since they deserve a good one.

This is the worst place ever!!! «Fast food»? I think not!!! It took me 25 minutes to go thru the drive thru and it wasn’t even busy! Stay away unless u like to waste your time

First fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to in my entire life that was this bad. I went on Veterans Day to order a meal and get my free sandwich. They gave me hell for the free sandwich. They did not want to give it to me. They asked for two ID’s and even when they did give it to me, it was cold and the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. Not only that, when they handed me the sandwich they said in a snobby voice: is that all? I didn’t get a: «thanks for my service» I got talked down to like I was some worthless scum. Can someone tell me why it is that every restaurant that has ghetto workers has terrible customer service? I can’t say I was surprised since everyone in there was pretty ghetto. But I am surprised at how disrespectful people could be to veterans.

Last night I had a bad experience at the drive thru with the manager on duty Nikita Johnson she was very rude, by cutting me off and speaking over my order and suggestions what she want to sale instead of taking my order my food. When I pulled around to discuss the order and pay for my meal she was veryyyy rude and disrespectful. Ms. Johnson spoke the entire time with straw being twisted in her mouth .see attached pic, I will not refer this Resturant to any of my friends or family. This morning I called the store to prevent taking this matter to the corporate office, however I spoke with another manager Toya Baines and she was just as rude… In return I had to speak with the corporate manager Chris Rice to advise of the professionalism of his managers. When spend my money I expect to earn the same respect that I give when offered service… I can say that the service given by Aubrey at the drive thru was very professional once he saw how his manager was caring herself and all the employee stood back watching in fear. I will near return to this Arby’s. All Mr. Rice could offer is a sorry and they would be repo mended, no even a courtesy meal …$ 11.89 was my purchase.
