From initial call to completion of work (installation of new tile on our kitchen backsplash, bar, & chair rail) was just a matter of a few weeks! The work itself taking only 2 days!
WSC Floors did a wonderful job with our installation, and even came back to address one problem area for no additional cost.

This is a terrific business! I had some damage to an engineered wood floor that I needed repaired. Their bid was reasonable. Then a problem surfaced halfway into the project, and they went way beyond the extra mile to find a solution. There was no additional charge for all of the extra hours that they put in. The work is meticulous, and I’m very pleased. I’ll hire them again in a heartbeat.

After reading these reviews, I contacted WSC for a repair job. Laminate (wood like) floors were only a few months old when we we had some water damage. The original installer kept putting me off – for months, so had to look elsewhere. How fortunate for me to find Walter! He assessed the damage, told me how much material to order and gave me a reasonable price for the labor. He and his assistant came on a Saturday on time and worked diligently all day. They had to move furniture and laundry equipment, putting everything back in its proper place, plus cleaning up after themselves. I highly recommend them.

I’m a commercial designer who has worked with several contractors on various projects. I was recently so happy with WSC Floors work that I will only work with them on my flooring installations. I’ve given their name to several general contractors. Walter is a perfectionist and his work reflects it. Evelyn is very professional and easy to work with on the business end.

After having multiple estimates of our kitchen floor done, and waiting months and months to find someone who could retile at a decent price, we were finally introduced to WSC. Evelyn and Walter came over the next day, gave us a quote that evening, and then told us they could start as early as the next week. For a 260 square foot kitchen, installation was only around $ 1700. That was nearly half the price of everywhere else we had looked, including USAA deals, Home Depot, and Lowes. My husband and I were hooked and agreed that we wanted it done. Two weeks later they started. Walter and another guy had our old tile demoed in one day and they started the leveling process, which, with a 95 year old house, a lot of leveling was needed.
The job took 6 days with the dry time for the leveler.
They were up front and honest about everything that they were doing, checked with us before they made any decisions.
They removed and replaced all of our baseboards and trim without any damage, and they changed out our transitions between rooms.
They tried to save us money wherever they could, but they did a wonderful job with the floor! I love my kitchen now, and I am ready to give them a call about another tile job in our Master Bathroom!
I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for inexpensive, quality work.
