If there was a way to give negative stars I absolutely would. This is the WORST place I have lived as far as resident/leasing office relationship. The staff are extremely unprofessional and treat you like you are doing them a favor to live here. Maintenance requests take weeks that shouldn’t take so long and calling with one feels like a bother to begin with. The staff have very poor communication with residents as far as letting residents know that there is going to be a delay with say a maintenance order. I have never felt so unappreciated by a company that I pay monthly and on time. If you’re considering living here, JUSTDON’T DOIT. The apartments are spacious and beautiful but the living experience is absolutely not worth it. Canceling my lease as soon as I find a new apt.

My family and I moved into this complex in 12⁄08. At that time, it was a quiet, well kept community. There were some issues but they were taken care of promptly. Now fast forward to the present state of this complex and it is a completely different story. The staff in the office leaves much to be desired. They do not listen when advised of suspicious activity or the fact that there are kids just roaming around all hours. I actually was cursed out by a teenage girl because I told her not to sit on my car. The office response was to call the police. So I began calling the police for everything this got back to the office and they do not treat my repair requests with priority anymore and they harass my child that is barely allowed outside. They actually called me to tell me she was playing in a laundry room with a bunch of children and a notice would be put in my file. Well, my child was in my room with me packing the entire day. Once I told the office person this she basically called me a liar. Stating that she had to go with the report she received. So, today I turn in my keys and do not plan to ever go back to this horrible complex. Avoid this place like the plague unless you like coming home and be stressed out. And don’t even think about going to relax at the pool unless it’s during the day between 10 am and 1 pm because the rude adults and kids ruin it pretty much the rest of the time.

We moved to The Reserve at Peachtree Corners last May, and we will not renew our lease, something that has been apparent for several months now. There’s a long list of reasons why we won’t be back: 1) Bug Infestation: Termites, ants, spiders, silverfish, centipedes(and mice in the outside closet). 2) New Clientele: Are you really screening the new tenants??? There are gangs of kids/teenagers walking around at all hours of the day, who have no regard for personal safety and respect for others. Are the parents around? Nope! If you try to say anything to these kids, they curse you out. This had affected the overall safety of the complex. 3) Poor Quality of Buildings: these buildings are falling apart. We can hear right through the walls and the ceilings. The decks and wooden walkways are broken apart. In fact, last month, a huge fire burned down almost an entire building(12 displaced families!) because of a candle and not having fire walls built into the structure. 4) Lack of Safety: Last summer, there were plenty of cars vandalized, including our own. There have been slashed tires, egged cars, etc. The lights throughout the complex do not function properly, so you can’t walk alone and feel safe. Forget trick or treating with your children on Halloween! Yesterday, our apartment was broken into(apparently by vagrant teenagers), who used a crowbar to break down the front door frame! They stole electronics and other valuables. The police warned us that just because the rent is cheap, we need to get out of here fast! There’s been an influx of crime in the last six months… Check for yourself! Police records are public property!!! From drugs to theft to battery charges, this complex has it all! 5) Water Damage: we’ve had five water-related incidents in the year we’ve been here. Five! Flooding, broken water units, etc. You better have insurance! Please, don’t move in here!!! Protect your family and keep walking. Move to a safer neighborhood!!! Read more:

I rented from the Reserve for a year and although I had a good size(just over 1K square ft) and it was a cute layout with plenty of closet space, it definitely had its cons. Maintenance requests could go for days before learning they were never submitted by the person who took the call. The terrace level was scary. The dumpster often overflowed. Too many stray cats(my dog would catch me off guard when she bolted after them). Peeps don’t clean up after their dogs. No poop bags are provided for this either. People upstairs would throw garbage off their balcony in the back. The gate never worked so i was pissed that I changed my cell phone number to be local so visitors can ring me. The pool would be closed on random days — they have a fricking pool monitor! They limit you to 2 pool guests… but I have 3 friends! I was off from work on a hot and humid Thursday last summer. Me and my girl gathered up our pool gear. Excited to catch some rays we eagerly hurry to get a good poolside spot only to do an about face and march our asses home because it was closed. In another unit where my other half lived — the people upstairs kept us up at night due to poor sound insulation. I purchased ear plugs. In both apartments our dry spices turned into solids due to the high moisture. The settlement of the structures caused doors to stick. Both of our Patio doors were difficult to open. One of my closet doors wouldn’t open. the other wouldn’t close. When I moved out they miscalculated my deposit return. They apologized and corrected the error but I still haven’t received my refund and it’s been 2 months. Pros: It was cheap. 549/mo for a 2B/1B.
