Take forever to finished one customer, rent a uhaul box 26′ here and return it overnight in drop box key but forgot to take my last item (a baking soda box) out of the back of the truck, so the next morning they send me a extra $ 25 for cleaning service fee ! Seriously man ??? U charged ur customer a fee for taking out one box of baking soda ???

Julie was so helpful! My entire experience here was wonderful. I went in on a Thursday I was in a rush because I had to get back to work. I told Julie I had reserved the 5×5 and she let me check it out before I actually signed the paperwork. The storage was too small for what I had so I upgraded to a bigger size. While my friends unloaded the truck, Julie in I were in the office signing the paperwork. She explained everything thoroughly and told me how the storage etc works. I was in and out in under 30 mins and I am thankful for that. Julie is a good example of what customer service should be like in all places. Her willingness to assist was exceptional!

This is my first time using a storage facility and it was a pleasant experience. I had the pleasure of working with Julie to get the best unit for my needs. She was even nice enough to offer showing me 2 units to compare, if I wanted a more monetarily economic choice. That was a plus. Julie is very personable as well as considerate and, in my opinion, really wants what’s best for her customers, which subsequently is what’s best for her business (store 20 171) — which she clearly takes pride in. Thanks Julie.
