Domino’s Pizza

Did not feel like cooking tonight… ordered a med thin crust and specialty chicken with pineapple and jalapeño. Ordered online and delivery was quick. I like the tracker on the app. The pizza and chicken very nice and fresh and more than enough to bring for work tomorrow. Great job!

pizza was good… what I expected from Domino’s. Driver was nice and called ahead of time. Their system online, that shows when it left the store and such, is pretty cool and helpful.

We frequently order from this location. They are fast and friendly. My order is always correct. Specialty chicken is awesome!

This Domino’s location is so fast. They got to my house so quick; before I could even track it. James is the best.

I order pizzas from here regularly and the only problem I have ever had, was the first time I used the app. Wasn’t their fault but they got me a fresh hot pizza anyway. They always get my pizza exactly the way I like it.

I took advantage of an $ 8 Groupon to give Domino’s another chance; My last experience with them was over 10 years ago and it was horrible.
Since this coupon allowed for a large 14″ pizza with any crust and up to 10 toppings, I decided to completely deck it out with their Deep Dish crust and 9 toppings (I could not squeeze in a 10^th without getting some clashing flavors but I really tried) to give them the best chance for redemption, assuming that the pizza which would normally cost the most would be the best tasting. I will note at this point that the online ordering thing was only entertaining for a few minutes before it became overwhelming; Sometimes too many choices is just as bad as too few choices.
20 minutes after I placed my online order, I arrived at the store to pick up my masterpiece (the coupon was only valid for carryout). My first impression was that the box was way too light for a deep dish pizza and my second observation was that the smell of it on the drive home was not all that enticing.
Let’s just skip to the pizza quality:
* Their «deep dish» crust is the same as Pizza Hut’s regular crust, except a little less greasy.
* Super skimpy on toppings and cheese — even with 9 toppings, I could still see spots of just tomato sauce. Most slices of pizza had maybe 5 toppings on them; There was not one slice that had all 9 toppings on it.
* What else is there to talk about besides crust and topping? …and both were disappointing.
Domino’s has definitely improved over the last decade but even their most «overloaded» pizza is still subpar to a regular cheese pizza from Pizza Hut or Papa John’s. Had I paid more than $ 8 for this pizza, I would be pretty upset. Actually, I’m upset anyway because this pizza wasn’t worth more than $ 5!
Sorry, Domino’s, perhaps I’ll try you again in 10 more years.

Let me see. I ordered my pizza at 7:00pm. I got my email confirmation at 7:10pm. Then I got order delivered at 8:35pm. AND they still charged me for it. When I called, someone answered that couldn’t speak english. He asked for my number 3 times then hung up on me. Then when I called back, they said that the driver had been knocking on my door several minutes and no one answered. Funny because I have been sitting here waiting for the pizza, not to mention that anyone with young kids k

Stay away. Stay far away. This pizza sucks ass. There is no point to an elaborate review. Whoever heard of a simple pepperoni pizza with no sauce on it? Stick to the independent pizza joints and avoid Dominos like it has H1N1.
Catching the flu would be a better experience.
