Went on a Monday (MLK holiday) at lunchtime. Kids got cheeseburger meals: burger seemed a little small but was enough with an ample serving of fresh-​cut fries. My mushroom Swiss single and wife’s classic cheeseburger were good, with good flavor (IMHO better than other places when it comes to flavor of beef patty), especially piled high with a «salad» from the toppings bar — lettuce, tomatoes, red and yellow onions, jalapenos, banana peppers, and more. I did not order fries but just stole from my wife’s larger serving and we were all satisfied! Service was quick enough on a busy lunch period.
The worst part of the meal was how the cold air keeps coming into the seating area whenever doors are opened (three doors to the outside, including the one to the patio). I don’t think there’s anything that can be done about this problem, but it’s been an issue the several times we’ve come on cold days. Poor design, I guess.

Finally decided to give this place a try, my co-​workers have raved over the burgers. Well maybe I should’ve had a «real» burger. I opted for the veggie burger & onion rings. The cashier made it sound so magical, «made with sprouts, grains, mushrooms, then formed into patties». Music to my vegan-​esqe ears. But the burger tasted like a basic soy patty & absolutely not worth $ 8 alone. The onion rings also tasted regular. you know like fried onions :-) next time I’ll step it up a notch & go for a turkey burger.

I’ve stopped here the last couple of times I’ve been in Atlanta. Comparable to Fuddruckers. Burgers were good and fresh. Fries were ok. They have the thicker custard shakes, but I haven’t tried one yet. Plenty of toppings to add at the toppings bar. Food was good and service was relatively quick for this type of burger place. Will go back when I’m in town.

One of my favorite places to get a cheeseburger, you get burgers and fries quickly and the soda is crisp and good. Not like those shitastic zaxbys 100 sodas through one spout shit sodas.
After you get your burger and fries they have a wide selection of condiments to top your burger and fries with, then you go and pick out whatever fresh ingredients you want to put in your burger, like nice green lettuce, onions, pickles, and etc, the customizing part is the best part.
Tl;dr great place for customizable burgers

Nothing amazing but pretty good. We will probably go back. I do like how they have all the fixins for your burger available.

The burgers there wasn’t special in my opinion. It was good, not great. It’s worthy of a 4 STAR and I would recommend it to friends and family. It’s a pretty cool place to eat and it fell short of the 5 STAR only because I had better burgers. The customer service was good and I love the slightly build your own burger type feel. Everything was fresh especially the vegetables. I can see myself going there once in a while.

This place is delicious! I ate there yesterday and was blown away. I had the bacon cheeseburger and it was perfact. lt wasn’t greasy and cooked at the perfact temp. Fries were nice and crispy. Go and try Cheeseburger Bobby’s!

Good place for lunch, where they have a «make your own» burger toppings bar. They also make their french fries fresh cut, which are very good. In the end, your burger is as good or bad as you make it. Nothing fancy.

Thinking we came on a bad day… my brother loves this place. But it certainly missed with the fiancé and I. Fries were cold and limp. Burger was kinda cold. Not enough bang for my buck paid about $ 16.00 for a classic burger and a speciality burger meal.
I’ll stick to Five Guys for my random burger cravings.
Toppings bar was fresh though.

i have lowered my review. today i went to lunch using my «free hamburger» card having been 10 times. having purchased 10 double cheeseburger meal deals. the burger was fine however i am off the sodas right now and asked for a cup for water. the cup size is something you would give a child. nice way to be cheap and insult your customers!!! this makes me wonder what else they might be skimping on??? how expensive would it be to give a decient size cup??? 5 cents??? what a embassingly cheap way to treat people!!!

OMG Where do I start? When I first became a customer I was shocked that you can put toppings on your own burger. The ONLY way I get my fries is with cheese :-)
Then when I found out about the double points on Tuesdays, and free meals when you text a number-​code, I knew I was a customer for life… Every time I have out of state visitors, we come here!

This place is usually on point when I come here & is good for me when I need to grab a quick bit and get back to the office. The food is made fresh to order & they have specials all the time including a punch card that get’s you a free burger after so many. Customer service is up to par and you greeted when you come in the door. This is the type of business where I don’t mind spending my money. Good job.

Ate here on a Friday night while I waited on a friend’s flight to arrive and it wasn’t very busy. My chicken sandwich took about 10 minutes to come out and it took about 15 to get my cookies and cream plus coffee milkshake, which I didn’t mind because OMG what a delicious shake!
Pros:
–they can blend any flavors you want for your milkshake!
–if you dine in the milkshake serving is 3 times what a regular person can consume
–chicken sandwich was juicy and fresh
–fries were crispy and you can add any spice to them once they come out
–condiments bar is perfect because you can add whatever you want to your sandwich/​burger/​fries

–None that I found!

The burgers are absolutely awesome! Hubby said better than burger 21! He got the Carolina BBQ burger which I tasted and it was amazing, and I usually don’t like all the extra, like coleslaw, bacon, pepperjack, BBQ mustard something, but it was darn good. I got the basic cheeseburger and it was traditionally great! We shared a half and half-(fries and onion rings), and a cookie and cream shake and the shake was super creamy!
The customer service was top notch, the hostess/​cashier was very knowledgeable and offered great suggestions. They even split our shake into 2 glasses at no addition cost. We will return with our son very soon.

I love the concept, I love the fresh made to order, I love the customer service, I love the food!
Hmm… We should talk about how awesome their chili cheese fries are. They have really good french fries, so topping them with melty white cheese sauce and deliciously seasoned chili. Next up, is my favorite bacon cheeseburger that comes with a buffet of fresh toppings.
Basically, you can’t go wrong as you create what is perfect for you. The burgers are made to order and juicy. The fries are seasoned and crisp.

Burgers were good. Had the bacon cheeseburger with a side of onion rings. Onion rings were meh… nothing memorable. It was a decent meal but for $ 10 a person I’d rather get something tastier.
When we got home we had a coupon in the mail for $ 5 off — that would have made it much better.
