Unfortunately, I live close to this McDonald’s. I’ve been here a grand total of about fifteen to twenty times, at every sort of time available. Sometimes even 12am. I sat in the drive-thru for 18 minutes one night. Going inside, even with only one customer in front of me, is slightly quicker, but still excruciatingly slow, and many employees don’t act like they care about you even a little bit. I still go here, but only when I absolutely have to. I usually hit up the waffle house right beside it instead. Go there and ask for Shamika; you won’t be disappointed. If Shamika from Waffle House worked at this McDonald’s, the ratings would be through the roof!

After several drive thru experiences at this McDonald’s, I have to say, this location’s drive thru is the absolute worse! The place is convenient for me, so I’m forced to go here should I get a craving for some Mickey D’s. This morning, I pulled in to get some breakfast and was the car next in line to order. Because I knew their drive thru service was slow, I decided to estimate my wait time. It was 9:04AM exactly. I waited 6 minutes and literally did not move up one car length. The line had grown to 4 cars behind me. I finally decided to take off and I saw another car follow suit. Based on other reviews of this place, this is a known issue. I wonder why they can’t master something that should be a staple of McDonald’s. Either way, avoid this place if you can. Also, if you go inside, be prepared to feel uneasy. You’ll know what I mean if you do go. At the very least if you find yourself here and have 30 minutes to spare, go through the drive thru. Lol.

Gosh one of the slowest service I ever received for a fast food place and after reaching home my order was wrong. I wish I could give it 5 negative star… worst service ever

This McDonald’s sucks! Slowest morning drive thru service. I tried to place my order the cashier took forever to greet me and then cut me off when I tried to order. I ended up leaving and going to Bojangles. Most people are on their way to work in the morning… how about you try to get them in and out. I hate this particular location and I will make sure not to go back!

Undercooked food and waited forever! All I did was order an Egg McMuffin meal. It took these jokers 10 mins just to get this together! The sandwich was thrown together and hash browns were not cooked thoroughly! Never will eat here again!!!

The McDonald’s corporation needs to take heed to this particular franchise because apparently no action plan has been put into place for this location to improve their quality of service. Nonchalant and cynical attitudes from the cashiers, no attention to detail regarding orders, and whoever the manager was on duty attempted to force me to take the corrected items that ordered after a 17-minute wait. I demanded a refund. Renovations shouldn’t have started from the outside in, but instead the inside out.

This is absolutely the worst McDonalds I have ever been to in my entire life. He customer service is horrible the management is worse. Not only was my order incorrect the first time, I get home to look at my food and the«correction» was absolutely disrespectful. Fold my hamburger in half and slap it on a cold bun? Unacceptable! I can’t expect you to love your job at McDonald’s but you can atleast respect the fact that I spend my money in your establishment to help pay whatever half a bill it pays for you. I WILL be there tomorrow to speak with a real manager OR I will be calling corporate. ENOUGHISENOUGH

McDonald’s was once(a long, long time ago) considered the gold standard of fast-food chains. Let’s face it folks… their at the bottom of the barrel now. This location is one of the worst of the worst. The service is deplorable in almost every way. Rude, slow, deceptive. I avoid this location at all costs.

This McDonald’s gets 5 stars for consistency… consistently being slow. It took 12 minutes to get two egg mcmuffins this morning. 6 minutes to take my order and another 6 to receive it. Ordering queue was backed up 5 – 6 people the whole time I was there. This is the rule, not the exception here.

No stars is more appropriate. Every time I come here, they screw something up. Today I ordered a filet light sauce and an unsweet tea. I get to work and what do I find? A filet on a TOASTED bun and some god awful flavored unsweet tea. I tried calling them today and after other experiences and they NEVER pick up their phone. I usually go through the drive-thru because it’s convenient. I went into the store and found this place to be a PIGSTY.

This McDonald’s has the slowest drive-thru service I’ve ever experienced. Once or twice, we’ve even gotten out of line and left because it was so bad. I really don’t know what their problem is. It’s bad every single time I’ve been there, despite the hour, despite the number of cars in line… There are two reasons why I continue to return to this McD’s. The first is it’s convenient location. The second: my food is always hot and prepared correctly. Despite the ridiculously slow line, I’ve never received cold fries or a wrong order. I’m not sure what they’re doing back there to make things run so agonizingly slowly, but my food always comes out fine.

Stopped off at this location around 6:45 am on a weekday, and had to be to work by 7am. Getting to this place can be a hassle because of where my work is located. However, I stopped because they had that 2 Sausage Egg McMuffins for $ 3. I wanted to get some for my team. Got to the drive-thru and told the lady what I wanted, which was the 2 Sausage Egg McMuffin special. She said, «we’re out of sausage!» Naturally I questioned her again, but it was true, this McDonalds was out of sausages. I simply drove off. It was a hassle to get there and on top of that they ran out of a product they were advertising. Let’s just say I won’t be taking the extra effort to visit that location.

Hot Tip! If you have to go to this location in the mornings, lunch hour or evenings, it is invariable that the Jimmy Carter Blvd and Peachtree Industrial intersection just west of this McDonalds backs up past the entrance to McDonalds… «SO» Rather than taking your life in your hands by trying to turn left through three lanes of traffic, simply drive 1,200 feet pass this McDonalds and turn left at the traffic light. Then travel back through the parking lot to your get your Mc-Grub without inconveniencing all the people in cars trying to get to work or home. This advice makes much more sense than the numbskulls trying to cut through solid traffic just to get some fast food. And for you people who chose to live in «hidden cove» next to, and east of, McDonalds… you have no luck in being able to pull out easily. The traffic is always solid in front of that entrance/exit and you really should have chosen another place to live with easy egress. I know a clue is a lot to ask for these days.
