Chipotle Mexican Grill

What the BEEPING hell guys? I had so many screw ups for a bowl of chipotle. It was hilarious, really.
First off I asked for double scoop of rice and the girl put one tiny scoop of white rice and one tiny scoop of brown rice… HUH? Since when does double rice mean I want a scoop of each kind?
I ordered a tortilla on the side the next girl in the front put it in someone else’s bag so I corrected her. Also ordered a side of mild and she put that in someone else’s bag and I had to correct her again?!
The guac and chips– I got the guac and she forgot my chips! Like seriously? You guys were all pranking me right? Where’s the hidden camera?

So thought I’d give Chipotle a chance, thinking they’d be the cleanest place in town… all the while watching the employee wiping their nose with her forarm several times. I commented to another team member, but seems speed of service is more important. … done with these guys

Not happy today! Went in and ordered and as I was doing so I could tell the employee was new or not comfortable… I tried to patient w him and polite but had to repeat myself multiple times on the orders. Aside from my own food, I had a list with two other family members’ orders so by the time I repeated & repeated myself I too was confused by the time I paid. I could see nobody else was helping this new employee so felt bad for him already but then get home to find out he forgot to add items I know I told him to add. Bummer! you should train your new hires longer or at least have a senior employee w them until they’re ready… there was nobody for him to ask for help.

Not to bad if your really craving a burrito. Too expensive. I usually ask for double wrap tortilla and both types of beans To get my money’s worth. Lol

I love this place! The employees are always friendly. If there’s a line, it goes by fast. I’ve never had to wait for food to be refilled. And it’s always delicious.

Have to say this is by far the worst chipoltes I have ever ate at. Long wait times to bad registers to just chincy proportions. I ordered a double wrap double steak brown rice black beans cheese sour cream and guac. What I got was her asking me to stick it in a bowl because she couldn’t wrap a burrito to save her life. One time I’d let it slide but I hardly go to this chipolte because it really is bad every time I go in.

I love chipotle and the new (ish) app to order online is awesome when you’re on a time crunch. This store though was not a super great experience. I came a bit early after ordering my meal online. There was 1 person ahead of me and they were already picking up their order. I mentioned I ordered online and paid. I waited for them to make my meal. Literally no one else waiting. I got my food after it was just tossed and dropped into a bag and left. When i opened up my chicken bowl it was far from full. It looked like i got half of everything you usually get. Plus i put special instructions for extra corn salsa and lettuce but got barely a handful of each. Chiptole is not cheap and I definitely didn’t get what I paid for. Best part about my meal? The soda. My chips were unevenly seasoned and were partially stale. I will not be returning.

I love Chipotle!, this place was the first place I came to try it, about a year ago. and I have not stopped coming. They have nice friendly staff, also very quick.
Lines may sometimes be very long all the way to the door but the wait is short.

The place is usually pretty pack so the customer service was equally mediocre. The portions are pretty small but the food is DELICIOUS.

Our family use to eat here a lot in the past but as our children grew up nobody really requested to eat here so it became a restaurant we forgot about. Went shopping at Target across the street and saw the famous logo so we decided to get our classic combo steak/​chicken bowl. We entered around 7pm and people were constantly coming in and out which was a great sign.
I ordered the salad bowl with chicken /​cheese /​sour cream which was good. My issue was with the staff on the other side of counter. Haven’t been here in a while so maybe when they hastily yell out if you want this –that or what ever you might need a second to process. … not here!
A few of the employees start rolling their eyes and one even says a smart as* snarky remark. Instantly I’m annoyed. Had to stay calm or I was going to lose it! Either I’m getting too old to eat here or the employees needs to be retrained in manors!
Enjoyed the food but 90% of the employees pissed me off. I’ll try another location in the future

I never have bad customer service whenever I come here. The place is clean and the employees are fast and friendly, although I wish the ones serving the food would speak up so I can hear them with all the noise going on. I got the bowl and they loaded it up good, especially with the guac which is $ 2.00 more. People say that this place doesn’t give you a lot of food but maybe it depends on who’s serving you that day because they were very generous on the amount they gave me.
Sometimes this place has coupons sent through the mail for a buy one get one because it could be expensive depending on how many people you’re buying for. Overall, I would come back again.

I love chipotle but this location is definitely not up to par mainly because of their customer service. I arrived with my brother around 7:30pm and was happy to see the lack of a line. The restaurant was fairly crowded but there was almost no line which if you frequent chipotle you are always happy to see. I ordered a burrito bowl and my brother wanted a Quesarito. The pissed off with her life girl working there was extremely rude and had a horrible attitude. She refused to make the quesarito saying that it is their policy at this location not to make quesarito’s during a rush. What the hell? I’ve been going to chipotle regularly for more than 10 years and never had any issues. She said they take too long to make and its not fair to make other customers wait. Really? I asked if I could order a quesadilla and she said yes. Ok now i’m more confused since it actually takes longer to make a quesadilla than it does a quesarito. There wasn’t even a line of more than 2 people behind us and on top of that the customer in front of me spent at least 5 minutes talking on the phone with his friends about what they wanted to order while making everyone wait. I guess making me wait 5 mins while he was on the phone was fine but god forbid the 20 seconds it would take to warm up a damn tortilla for the quesarito.
I leave reviews. I own my own business and I know customers can be unreasonable. But if anywhere deserves a negative review its this place. No only for their horrible policy but also for their workers terrible attitudes as well as their managements sheer stupidity. Thanks to the morons running this location I will never go back here and to be honest it has left a very bad taste in my mouth in regards to chipotle as whole.

I love chipotle just not this location… Worst service ever. Completely rushed and the employees care more about socializing with each other rather than customer service and cleaning the tables and floors.

I like eating at Chipotle because I can trust that the food is fresh and not at all fake. Love all the healthy options, it’s nice to eat out and not have to worry about it being full of grease or preservatives.
I got a salad, no meat. The salad is more like a rice bowl with some lettuce because there’s not that much lettuce involved, but I could have asked for more, so I’m not complaining. Vinaigrette that comes with it was very good and had a unique taste, unlike any other salad dressings I’ve ever had.
I also sampled their tofu while I was there and it was VERY good. I’ve never been a big tofu person, only tried it once in my life maybe. But the next time I go to Chipotle I’ll be ordering it. Great flavor with a little bit of a kick.

What a great place to try and eat healthy but it taste really good. I enjoy this place because I can hold to the whole 30 diet when I eat here. Employees are fast and food is fresh. Never had an issues here. Faculty is clean and big. Burrito bowl is the way to go! Cheers!

This Chipotle location used to have ok service, but now I only go to it if I absolutely have to. The customer service is relatively nonexistent. They are extremely stingy/​sparing with their portion sizes. I know from experience that they are not meeting the minimum stated by Chipotle corporate.
On my last visit, I wanted to talk to the manager about a different topic. They had left for the day, so I left my information with an apprentice (I believe?). It has now been weeks, and I never heard back. This is not the first time that this has happened, as I had had a similar issue with prior management.
If you go here, be pushy and make sure they give you what you ask for!

All the bad reviews almost kept me from coming here.
My husband was craving Chipotle and we came here for dinner last night.
The kids meal was really skimpy, already premade, so a cold, old quesadilla, not worth it.
My husband enjoyed his barbacoa burrito and my veggie salad was pretty good too.
Prices are fair at just under $ 7 each, portions were large if you get all the veggies like we do.
Lines were long, but service is great and keeps it moving quickly. Nothing bad to say about this location.

This place is much nicer and more spacious when compared to the surrounding Chipotles in the area. Food is the same at all of them. My wife was happy to see margaritas on the menu even though she did not have one. Salads are the way to go. Their burritos are nothing special. I like the freshness of everything else. Kids enjoy the quesadillas. If you want a quick bite with a hint of Mexican than this is the place. If you want real Mexican hit up another place. Good food at reasonable prices. Happy eating!

This one the most. Service not too bad I’ve been to ones with shitty service. My favorite is salad bowl with steak meat and guac. Or burrito with steak meat and everything onit.
