Worst customer service ever! Food was subpar and the staff attitude was awful. Papa Johns cooperate needs to revoke this franchise holder.

I called in to use a coupon, gave the code and was told I couldn’t use the coupon I had to go online. Nothing on the coupon indicated I couldn’t use it at the store. The staff member was a rude, sharp and hung up. I called back to talk to the manager, the rude staff member WAS the manager and he told me to stop calling! I left a message for the store owner and he never bothered to return the call. Honestly with how nasty they were I don’t trust them to make food for me. Papa johns, our long term relationship is over. I will make someplace else my new pizza delivery favorite.

I love ordering delivery from this store location! They are alway timely, and the usual driver that drops it off is super personable and sweet. Plus since they are the only place that puts spinach on their pizza and delivers, I am sold! :)
