Ordered a pizza online. Online confirmation said it would be ready in 15. I thought I’d give them 20. I arrived and then proceeded to wait for another 45 more minutes. If you’re not a fan of math – yes I waited well over an hour for what any other pizza chain does in 15 or 20. I’m not sure what the issue was. The staff was kind enough but honestly it is not rocket science. Unacceptable. There are 3 Pizza Huts within 5 miles and a better(sadly more expensive) local place pretty much across the street. Go elsewhere.

Very disappointing… Having been a Donatos fan from my days in Cbus was excited to see they delivered to my hotel. Pizza showed up earlier than expected and I soon found out why. It was nearly uncooked. It was warm but the crust was chewy & toppings(mushroom & onion) were nearly raw. As I recalled one of the reasons I always got Donatos was the edge to edge pepperoni. Wasn’t there on this pie. Buyer Beware.

I recently had an online order. When arriving, my order wasn’t there. After the manager(initials B.B.) excused himself for five minutes, he returned saying it would be a few minutes and told me my amount. Prior to paying I inquired as to the problem with the order. He replied that his driver took it and told me he would bring it back., then proceeded to ask for the payment. I said that I would have appreciated a remedy for the situation, whether it would be I’m sorry for the inconvenience, it will be right back but we won’t charge you. Or, whether it be, I would be glad to make you a new one. He said he remedied it by telling his driver to come back and apologizing(which he did not do until that moment) and continued to ask for payment. I said I no longer wanted the order and would not be back. If it had been an employee, I could have accepted the situation. However it was the manager. He offered no gestures of kindness, apology, free coke, or free order(it was only $ 4.35) Money has no relevance in the matter, it’s the character of the person and the establishment. Thus, I will not return nor recommend them.

My son and I were visiting Indy for the weekend and I told him how awesome Donatos pizza is and couldn’t wait to order it. We called this location from our hotel, they said it would be 40 mins. After an hour, I called and they said they didn’t have an order for us. We called the front desk, it was down there with the driver because they had our name wrong, it was cold and burnt and terrible. The manager sent out another order and it was charred beyond recognition. I’m so disappointed. And the staff was rude with the exception of the driver. I posted a picture of the burnt pizza!

Hi everyone! Our reviews and experiences are not only reserved for our local stops and eateries, but even the national chains. Below is the experience we had this evening. This is a copy of the message I submitted to the stores feedback section online. Poor experience overall. No reason to overlook nearby pizza competitors if you just want to pick up a pie after a long work week:) «Long story short, I ordered online for the 1st time tonight with my girlfriend(1 large pizza, and garlic bread) planning to pick it up. Confirmation email said ready in 19 min. She and I drove together to pick up the order and after she had been in the store for almost 15 min, only to pay and go, I went in to see what the problem was. We waited an additional 10 min after i went inside. Overall, what was confirmed to be 19 min, turned out to be over 40. No apology for the delay, and many patrons were patiently, quietly, waiting in the store for service from an attendant that seemed extremely detached from responsibility and quite frankly, any care at all about your image. The garlic bread was burned, and I had to ask for(not originally given) my receipt after we were finally given our food. The irony for my situation, was that my girlfriend and I debated dining with you aside from other local pizza competitors. Your competition easily beats your pricing, but I convinced her your product and care was superior. First time here at this location and most definitely last, even though proximity to our home is close. Unfortunately, the receipt doesn’t time stamp the moment it was printed for proof of the time ordered and the delay it was finally handed to us. We take customer service very personal, and I fault the team not on the delay(you seemed short staffed tonight), but more on the quality of the product delivered coupled with the emotionless disregard for customer inconvenience and lack of professionalism. I wonder if and hope my experience warrants at the least some further training and coaching of those representing your store on the northwest side of Indianapolis.»
