Domino’s Pizza

Ordered pizzas online an hour and 10 minutes ago and still no pizzas. Called to find out eta on delivery and NO answer– the phone just rings and rings like its 1997. On our way to pick up a Late dinner now from another restaurant– what’s up Dominos? Anyone else ever have this issue?

Amazing service and great quality pizza and wings as well as parm bites — they were perfect. The staff was super friendly and pleasant while taking my order. The food was great best dominos.

Steadily going down hill. Waited over an hour for a cold small pizza. Store manager doesn’t care, even when they forget items. Better off paying more at one of the local places.

Just ordered a pizza in, got it with HAIRS! WITH GOD DAMN HAIRS!!! went back to the store, told the staff, her response wasnt any apologetic! She just asked if I want her to remake it… .
Waiting for a new one… hope that one will have no hairs.

Ordered 3 items told it would be 14 mins. I showed up 5 mins later because I was around the corner. Been sitting here for 35 mins still no order… but they are sorry for the inconvenience, «take any two liter I want» that’s nice but I have a family at home hungry not so much thirsty

I just ordered a pasta primavera with chicken. I got plain penne pasta with chicken. Not cool I demand a refund!!!

My fiancé and I order dominos every now and then and every time we order from this one there is issues! Meet have asked for plates one time when we had bought a couple pizzas but she said her manger hasn’t order some and many months! And they always forget something! When I call to let them know they are rude about it or blame someone else! Arroyo grande dominos is not that far away and we never have issues and we can actually get a napkin or plate!!! Never again will I order here this was the last chance!!! I order on the app but you still can’t get it right then I’m sorry I’ll either take my business down to the other dominoes or to a whole different pizza place in town!

I will never order from this location again. Staff is unprofessional. The worst customer service experience, after I found hair in my food. They’d previously delivered poor quality food a time or two before today.
The first person I spoke to laughed and said it was basically impossible to find hair in my food. The lady who proceeded to get on the phone, was angry from the time she picked up the phone, which led to a shouting match because I tried to explain this had happened several times before.
My advice is to avoid this location at all cost. I’d rather drive to get better service and pizza.

Terrible customer service! It took 2 hours to get our pizza and we live 2 miles away. When I called they had no record of my order then when I asked to talk to the manager they mysteriously found my order. I didn’t want my order free but I did expect a discount or a free soda but I got nothing but a bad attitude from the manager too. I wonder if the owner knows how rude his staff is to his paying customers?! I will NEVER order dominos from the Nipomo location again.

Quick service, pizzas are just ok, cheese bread is pretty delicious, I’m gonna go ahead and highly recommend the cheese bread.
The staff messed up our order and as we walked in, they were joking around about it.
A lot of sarcasm on that kitchen, which is great, UT not when the customers are listening!

Location&space are not really great and store size is small (no tables) but the great customebr service and good quality pizza make up for that indefinitly! Always friendly & polite staff. They Never mess up my order and the foods always done right. Never had an issue here and am very satisfied with the overall service! Two Thumbs Up Dominoes Nipomo!

Great pizza, especially the handmade pan pizza. They are always quick to deliver, and very friendly. For the price, it’s awesome pizza!

Our family orders from Domino’s Pizza in Nipomo about once per month. It is so convenient to just get online, punch in your order, and then I don’t have to make dinner that night! My kids like to watch the online counter to see where their order is at.
We have never ordered by phone or in person, just online. The delivery drivers have always been really nice and professional and our food is always still hot. I have never had a bad experience with our Nipomo Dominos.
In fact, they recently donated pizzas to a classroom at my children’s elementary school, Dana. That makes me like them even more. That they give back to the community who supports them is huge in my opinion.
I will continue to support our Nipomo Dominos, not just because I don’t have to make dinner, but because they have good food and service and a good relationship with our one-​horse town. ;-)

I like their new crust and flavors. We often eat at me’n’eds because their crispy crust is nice but it is a lot more expensive. I will never eat at pie hole again because the owner there is just that– a pie hole! Dominos is just right with price and speed. I like how our orders are always correct and the people are so friendly.

I ordered by phone because I read all the negative Unilocal reviews about delivery.
17 $ per pizza which is a bit much, but at least it was ready in 15 minutes.
Picked up the pizza that was just barely warm.
Spinach and feta pizza was tasty.
Buffalo chicken pizza was SO BLAND and not at all spicy.
I probably won’t be ordering from this location again.
Too expensive for bland food.

I’m sorry, but for the price, Dominoes is pretty tasty. Nearby Pi-​Whole and Me & Ed’s can be over-​priced, and I think dominoes hits its niche well.
I’ve never had a problem with service, and the delivery people are always real nice and timely. I also think dominoes has great deals. With tons of food for only $ 20!
The people giving bad reviews are nit-​picking, the average person will probably be super satisfied with the food!

What a joke, I ordered large pizzas… but looked like med. and dry and some parts burned. way over priced… never again!

well –I TOTALLY disagree with the previous poster. Sure, they’re a lots of bargain pizza take outs all-​over, but I’ll gladly pay a few bucks more for a BETTER Pizza –and Dominos unquestionably has the best Pizza of all the chains. Also, since i moved to the central cost 2 ½ yrs ago –ive yet to find a Italian family owned and operated restaurant better-​and they typically have the best and freshest ingredients
no one cant beat Dominos for their Mon-​thru-​Wed carry out special not ever Pizza hut! A Large Deep Dish (not just an ordinary pan pizza –but an actual thick-​crust) Pan with extra Cheese for under 10 bucks is amazing The Chain stores charge 2 buck extra for thick crust they dont here being a franchise. workers are ALWAYS nice and frendly when i go in. I order on-​line –and soon as the tracker says it goes in the oven –i drive to pick it up, and it comes out of the oven within minutes after i arrive –cant beat that for hot & Fresh! so when i get i home and open the box the steam is still coming off of it –that dont oftenhappen when you have it delivered
my ONLY complaint is the location –tucked-​away on a bad side street with only on (entrance) right next to the frwy onr amp can make getting back out on the main road at peak traffic hrs a pain.
UPDATE –Oct 2012:
because of the removed of my beloved large Ultimate Deep Dish Pizza from their Menu *sobs* –in favor of a modest medium Pizza Hut style Pan Pizza –I’ve down-​graded my 5 star review to only 3 (i still like the stuffed cheesy bread and bread bowl pastas) –but I wont be ordering Pizza from Domino’s again –unless they bring-​back my deep Dish *sobs*

Avoid this place unless you are rich and absolutely love Dominoes pizza. This is the only pizza joint in the small town of Nipomo that delivers and they KNOW it. Their prices suck and unless you have a cupon in hand, don’t expect them to take your word for it.
We used to order from them over the internet using cupons provided right on Domino’s website but then for some reason they stopped provided the online ordering service for this location and now, if you try to use an online cupon over the phone, they don’t bother to honor it. If you want a good pizza, get off your butt and go order pickup at PiWhole or Me n Eds.
