I like the concept of this type of place however I don’t always agree with the tactics. I am not a packrat, I donate everything that’s in good shape and I no longer have use for.
Most recently I brought several things over when they were actually closed, planning to put them in the drop box and place the larger real leather club chair next to it. There was a man whom apparently worked for them who said they wouldn’t want my chair because of a small tear on it. Then he proceeded to inspect each item I was dropping off and saying either yes or no. The chair was great! Someone would have loved to have it, as were many of the items he denied. I don’t get it…

I really like this place! For the most part, most items in that store is $ 10 or less, and I always seem to leave with something. This is a place that all thrift shops should model after. The only thing I kind of don’t like is they are a cash only place; and requires me a trip to an ATM and pay fees just to shop there.
