Magic Kastle Coin Laundry & Dry Cleaners

I don’t usually do this, however I feel like something needs to be said for how horrifying of service myself and my husband received going here two nights ago. Not only did the attendant falsely advise me that I had to be out by 8:45pm, (closing is at 9:00pm) but when I told her that I was going to stay regardless and try to get my laundry done within her own made closing time; she then proceeded to throw a full blown tirade, complaining to us that she had already cleaned the machines for the night. I have never been treated so poorly in a customer service setting. Avoid this place at all costs!

Great clean place! Had to use this laundry place for a little while when my washer broke. Plenty of room and washers for small & big loads. Friendly staff.

Been here for years. I love this place — don’t do laundry here but drop dry cleaning. The staff are friendly and the serve good and prompt. Johnnie is the best :)

Good hours (6 AM to 9 PM, I think). Friendly employees. For the wash-​and-​fold service, they charge by the pound (with a minimum charge of $ 13 or so). Very quick service; I think my laundry was ready a couple hours after I dropped it off.

Clean and spacious with plenty of machiens, this place is a decent spot to get your laundry done. I’ve never had to use a laundromat before though so I am biased as I am annoyed at how complicated it is to do laundry outside of the home. Okaay I was raised spoiled I know, but since the husband and I are only gonna be in the area for a couple months getting a washer and dryer is silly.
ANYWAYS! Its kinda of pricey if you want to do more than a load or two. Its 8 quarters ($ 2) to do a load of wash and then $ 2 for 25 minutes in the dryer. Which for most loads should be enough but if youre doing anything like uniforms, towels, sheets, it will be more. The beauty of these machines though is that they work quickly and you can easily be done and out of there in under an hour.
The bathrooms are okay… although I peed in there on sunday and there was a trash can next to the toilet filled with pee. Which I didnt get… the toilet worked perfectly fine and was clean… so why anyone would want to squat over a trashcan and attempt to pee in it is completely beyond me.
Apparently this place also does wash and dry service and dry cleaning which I have yet to try and will update my review if I ever do :) Theyre open from 6am-​9pm every day apparently which is great hours.
