The place is elegant. It has a modern and sophisticated look. However, it has an open floor plan, so if you are looking for privacy this is not the place. The food was mediocre. There was nothing special from the two different soups i had, I’m not saying they were bad, just it’s not different from a small Chinese fast food restaurant. The smoked salmon sashimi was something else, splendid, delicious, different, just great. I’ll go back to have two, three orders of that. I did not enjoy the other options of sashimi, they were very bland. The spring rolls, again I’ve had the same if not better at small fast food Chinese restaurants. The staff was very polite. My girlfriend had a plate returned because she did not know the soup was made out of egg whites, and they substituted with the wonton soup, without hesitating. They forgot to send out the smoked salmon sashimi with the other sashimi, i mentioned it and the Server apologized and brought it right out. The price was fair, not for the quality of the food but for the quality of the service and the atmosphere of the restaurant. If it wasn’t for the food being so plain and no different from other, smaller Chinese restaurants then I would have given it three stars.

Everyone was pretty nice, and the food came really fast as well. The only con is that the food is sort of pricey.

The waitress knew every dish on the menu. She was a wealth of knowledge and extremely helpful. The food was delicious. It exceeded my expectations based on the reviews I had read. It is definitely a place to come back to for us.

Terrible service. Waited to get seated 15min while the manager was trying to figure out with other 4 people who is going to serve us. Once seated, the waitress giving me menu while talking to other guest at the other table. If I wasn’t hungry as I was, I would have left! Definitely not recommending!

I’m not sure I would categorize this as «Vietnamese» but more like«Asian Fusion». The flavors of the Singapore noodle dish that I ordered actually took me back to Spore… the spices were well cultivated and the dish was executed wonderfully. You could really taste the fresh curry powder and green onions throughout the dish. We also ordered warm sake, and our patient and kind server took the time out to explain the different offerings. This was quite the surprising find in the hotel, and I would’ve never expected such a pleasant dining experience in Seneca(given the cray casino surroundings).

Lo mein was very good. Good beer selection. Good, quick service. Souls love to take the wife but she’s not a fan of casinos.

I came here with my family for dinner. It was my first time back since they remodeled. It use be next to an Italian restaurant. It’s much more spacious now. To start we tried the shrimp spring rolls which came with the most amazing spicy sauce ever! I had to kept for my meal. I mixed it in with my rice… it was awesome. It also came with a sweet sauce that my father poured all over his spring roll like a kid with syrup and pancakes. I ordered the roasted duck rice bowl and it was delicious. The skin was so crispy it crunched in my mouth like eating a potato chip. But the meat was juicy and delicious. My dad got the pad Thai which he said was very good. Mom had the beef chow fun which she said was perfect!!! She’s hard to please so that’s outstanding. We had some coconut ice cream for dessert. Also very tasty. Service was great. Food came out fast and our server Linda was so nice and made great recommendations. She talked to us about the new chef and we told her to thank him for such a wonderful meal. Will defiantly come back for seconds.

The truth must be told! I’ve been here a 3 times in the last three years and was just recently there in July 2013. Nice looking restaurant but long wait for service. I called to order my food to-go…nothing exciting just Pork Preserved egg congee and Chinese broccoli with oyster sauce. Simple dishes, hard to mess up. When I got to the fairly empty restaurant, there was a long line of people waiting to be seated. Apparently, it’s mass confusion on where to seat guests in a fairly empty restaurant. If you’re waiting for a to-go order, that’s the same line to get in so if you order to-go, get in line and call while you’re waiting to be helped so you’re not waiting while your food is getting cold. When I finally picked up my order, the pork preserved egg congee had no preserved egg and the congee was burnt and only half full in the paper quart container. If you’ve never eaten congee and have had the displeasure to smell or taste it burnt, it is pretty disgusting. The Chinese broccoli in oyster sauce was under cooked and very watery with little oyster sauce on it. To top that experience off, I was over charged for my order. When I called back to let them know, I was on hold for a good 20 minutes before they came back on the phone to let me know that someone will get back to me. The last 2 times I was there the food and service was mediocre, nothing over the top. The pricing are pretty ridiculous… especially for the appetizers. I wouldn’t recommend this place even if you need a quick fix for Chinese food.

I’ve dined here a few times… all dates, all with the same woman; my now fiancé(as of last weekend!); woo hoo! She was a big fan of this place and suggested we come here quite often back when lived in the Falls. I was a bit skeptical about going to the casino to dine in, but it turned out that the food is pretty nice and we both enjoy the atmosphere. It’s very spacious; can be romantic or casual or in our case: a mix of both. Their menu features everything: for those that just won a jackpot and want to splurge on a dinner to those looking to have a date on a budget(Pad Thai, please!). It features sushi, Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai; an Asian fusion mix. Every time I’ve remembered coming here, I’ve ordered the Pad Thai with a pot of tea. The leaves are brewed in the pot, which is a nice touch from having a tea bag and the Pad Thai has always been a little above average. Great place for a date or dinner in the casino by the Falls!

During my stay at the Seneca Koi was one of the places we Dined in. Nice restaurant it is adjacent to the Italian place. Since we stopped by a bit later, we sat at the Noodle bar area, this is just the seating by where they prep the food. Since it was late couldn’t order any alcohol as the bar seemed to have been closed? Kinda sucked since it wasn’t even 930? Oh well. I tried the Shrimp tempura roll, good roll big in size. Next was the Spicy Tuna this was not bad but it wasn’t very spicy. Nice place, decent service & prices.

Came here for the weekend with my family. Love the hotel but koi left my belly feeling satisfied. I had the viet beef stew and Chinese broccoli. The stew was so comforting and delicious. Rich broth, noodles and chunks of beef! What more could I ask for. I also love Chinese broccoli nice break from regular broccoli. They have really good hot sauce as well. I put the **** on everything !
