Gutter People

I’ve used Gutter People for many years — I live in a wooded area and have a three story house with three story gutters — requiring very tall ladders and people patient enough and brave enough to pull leaves out of gutters while standing on a three story ladder. But they do and have provided us with excellent service over many years.
They also repair and replace gutters and they’ve done that for us as well and do that just as well.

This was the worst experience I could imagine from a simple service like gutter cleaning. Do not use this service.
1. They had a coupon on Unilocal for service, which after I bought, they complained over the phone to me that they weren’t aware the coupon was still available. They said they would honor it.
2. Little did I know, they honored it by delaying 4 weeks, after multiple messages, before finally showing up to do the service.
3. The service consisted of blowing debris out of the gutters with a leaf blower. Mess everywhere. minimal effort at cleaning up.
4. Next rain — find out that they missed entire sections of gutter. Water literally flowing over the gutters. There was a PLANT growing in one gutter.
5. Attempted to let them resolve situation — more delays and delays — and complaints to me about Unilocal’s coupon service.
6. They never showed up to «finish» the job. Went with another contractor who did a fantastic job.
Simple Point: Terrible customer service and terrible service in general. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
