Windows Done Right

These guys are great. Based on Unilocal reviews I gave them a shot and I was not disappointed. Unlike my previous company i used, these guys had no issues coming into center city to clean my windows and gutters. When I called Kyle he was very responsive and did everything he could to get this team to my house within the week. In addition, John & Scott were on time for my appointment — actually early but Kyle notified me they were coming early. They were terrific and very professional. Even my dog liked them (for the most part) and he is not a fan of strangers in the house. The cherry on top was an immediate follow up call from Kyle checking in on the service. I recommend these guys to everyone — forget about the big companies who leave you waiting. WDR is the real deal.

Kyle was very helpful and came over on a Sunday to reattach my gutter to the side of my house. He’s super friendly and did an quick and excellent job. It was hard to get the ladder at the right angle because we live in a row-​house in South Philly, but he figured it out and got everything reattached and even used invisible brackets so there’s nothing showing on the outside of the gutter.

After years of gentle ‘badgering’ by my wonderful wife to hire a firm to clean our home’s windows professionally, I saw Kyle working on the house across the street. I asked if he’d give me an estimate — which he did shortly thereafter. The pricing for my windows and powerwashing was competitive, and I hired him on the spot. He and his crew did an excellent job in two ways: 1) I didn’t know they had been there — as they left no foot prints inside or outside the house, nor did they trample any of my plants or bushes (remarkable), and 2) I had to wear sunglasses inside the house for several weeks because it was soooo bright inside! I had no idea that the dirt accumulating on the outside of my windows was so significant over 10 yrs to make a difference — but it was quite remarkable. Perhaps it is a «guy thing» to neglect windows, but I’m sold now! Windows sparkle, window jambs are clean, siding is consistent in color and doesn’t show any tinges of the ‘green’ stuff. They also changed out some of my exterior light bulbs that required the very, very tall ladders — as a courtesy! The team was professional, courteous and polite. I have no hesitation to refer them for window cleaning or powerwashing.

Kyle and his team did an excellent job cleaning our gutters and windows. They paid attention to detail, worked professionally and courteously. It was clear they were experts at what they did — it’s transformed our routines as we now spend more time facing out our windows for the clear view, opening curtains and blinds that used to stay shut. Huge difference compared to what we’ve been able to do ourselves. They also cleaned a hard to reach interior chandelier, making it sparkle like new — I had been considering replacing but wouldn’t at all now. Very good on communication, fair, no nickel and diming. I also felt comfortable having them in my house. Highly recommended!

5star rating plus! Professional to work with, pleasant, conscientious, always on time. They have been coming to my house for many years, I just book them every 6 months. Not only do they do a great job with my windows, they do my mirrors as well. Loved them so much, they now do my mom’s house and have recommended them to many friends! It’s a totally positive experience – give them a try, you won’t be sorry. Haven’t you cleaned enough windows for a lifetime!!!

We can’t say enough about these guys. Extremely professional! Windows Done Right is correct. I HATE cleaning windows so my wife found them when construction was just completed at our house. I was so impressed, they even cleaned external light fixtures and change light bulbs. We schedule them every 6 months. Our guests always complement the cleanliness of our windows. Give them a shot, you won’t regret it.
