Happened to be in the area and dropped in, Mike was awesome and the place overall is a winner. Great atmosphere, friendly people and great haircut with straight razor trim for $ 14. Can’t beat it.

Place is the best, both sol and mike are very experienced barbers who give great hair cuts, plus you get the hot lather shave at the end. Great banter between them as well, and they always remember your name and how to cut your hair. Top notch place.

I have been coming here for a while and just decided to write a review. First off, I love getting my haricut. I dont care how much it cost, I just want my hair to look neat. This is a great barbershop. Mike is the only one who has cut my hair here. Not only does he do a great job, they are very reasonable. As long as I am in the area, this is where I am coming to get my hair cut.

Sol is easily the best real barber in Newton. A real barbershop-​no techno music, no black clad hairdressers. Just real barbers giving great haircuts!

I’ve been going here for years. Mike and Sol are great. Quality haircuts at a reasonable price. They are very nice and do a great job. It’s an old school barbershop feel, much better than all the chain places. You know what you get when you are going in here. I wouldn’t get my hair cut anywhere else. If you are looking for a barber in the area, look no farther.
