Sheridans restaurant has a hometown feel to it it’s basic food but their chicken pot pie is great all basic food and good service.

I love this place and have been going for years. The bar is truly one of a kind and they have a lot of beers on tap. The view of the lake out back is great and the staff is friendly. I recommend the Mexican dishes on the menu.

Drinks at the bar are very pricey. 1 glass of beer and a short pour on a glass of house wine was $ 12.00. Food just ok.

This is a solid 2 star place. Don’t order the prime rib. I don’t know how they can ask you… How would you like it cooked. It is to thin to cook to order. Seriously thin. Some of the items are pretty good. Like they say… You get what you pay for. It seems like a local bar/restaurant and family’s have been going there for generations. Most seem to enjoy the place. Scratching my head… The bar always has laughter and something going on. It is not my kind of place. I rather pay more for good food. Peace, love & happiness

I am not a huge fan of this bar. I’ve only ever come on a Friday or Saturday night for drinks, so I can’t say anything about their food or dining experience. The bar shape is nice since it seats a lot, but the rest of the space is not used well. When they have live bands theres not much room to stand if the bar is full. The drinks are fine, maybe a little weak(unless you know the bartender). The prices are reasonable, but nothing special. It’s nice if you’re from the area and are meeting people you know. If you’re looking for a night out and don’t know people to meet up with I wouldn’t recommend it. It’s very casual attire — anything from jeans and a tee shirt to a simple summer dress is fine. Definitely wouldn’t wear heels or a party outfit.

Went to Sheridan’s for only the second time tonight(first was about 3 weeks ago). Had seafood chowder and seafood medley the first time and it was good. Not great, but good. Chowder had a lot of potatoes, nothing I could identify as seafood, but it was rich and tasty. The medley was okay too, although covered in a ton of butter. My wife had the pot pie which is a local favorite and it was good too with enough left over for at least another meal. Tonight, we went back and sampled the NY strip, chicken parmigiana and pasta primavera. The chicken parmigiana seemed to be made from two pressed patties and one of them had that«gel» type consistency to it(not very appetizing) The other was better and ended up being the one getting eaten. The steak was very good and cooked perfectly. The primavera seemingly had«fresher» chicken cutlets and was also very good. The jury is still out, but I think this is going to land on the 2nd or 3rd choice list for dinner plans. Dinner for 3 was about $ 110 with tip(3 drinks, nachos, the dinners and dessert for 1).

Horrible food, me and my girlfriend order the prime rip and the fish sandwich, both non satisfactory. Bar does have great atmosphere and a lot of beers on tap. Would only come back for drinks and to hang out
