The trainers here are great! When I first started working with a trainer, I had no idea how much I was going to like it. I used to find exercise boring, but they always keep the sessions interesting, which is one reason I keep coming back. Just when you think you’ve seen everything, they come up with something you’ve never seen before.
The place is clean, well equipped, and they have parking, which is rare. The staff is quite friendly and accommodating to my schedule. If it were just a little closer to home it would be perfect!

I went here last spring for a 3 session package I bought on Groupon. The gym is a decent size and is very clean. The trainers were really good. Each of my 3 sessions I got an amazing work out and left feeling very refreshed. I’m considering buying a 8 week package to get me in shape for my upcoming wedding. Its not cheap but I think its worth if you lack motivation at the gym.
