Cute shop and I really liked Karol’s own designs (especially the tank dresses in super soft striped fabrics). Worth stopping in.

Went in late on a Friday afternoon and was in a rush to meet friends then head out of town. Needed something special for the following weekend and Voila! had fantastic, personalized, non-​pushy, stylish help for my more than busty frame. While the stock is limited due to its boutique nature, I’d go back there in a heartbeat for them to outfit me. Thank you so much!

While in Newport the other day, my cousin brought me to this store telling me it was one of her favorite shopping destinations in town.
Susan has an impressive eye for fashion and design.
Although she’s refused my only slightly in jest pleas to let me hire her as my personal stylist, she does offer great shopping assistance and clothing critiques when we’re together. She can put together an outfit like no one I know.
Once again, she brought me to a great shop with unique clothing. There are many beautiful items of women’s wear to be found here. There is also an interesting selection of jewelry and other accessories to help complete an outfit.
There were a couple of hats although I was hoping for a few more. And I do think that in a store like a this a few interesting hats would be an additional selling point.
I spotted a 3 season dress here that surprised both of us as not only being eye-​catching but by being completely reversible so that you get two looks out of this one item. Normally, that would seem weird to me but in the jersey fabric this dress is made from, it totally works here.
I loved that it was the only one in the store and it was in my size so it’s less likely that I’ll see anyone else running around in it. The woman working there told me they don’t carry many of each style. (Last year, I saw 3 people in Boston during the course of the summer each wearing the same Ann Taylor dress I had purchased… one of them on the same day I was wearing mine).
The dress is really a piece of textile artwork. It looks like a watercolor painting that instead of being framed for hanging on the wall, will instead be hanging on me.
In addition to this dress, I bought myself a beaded bracelet and two other jewelry items that I’m tucking away for holiday gift giving.
This place isn’t inexpensive but it’s also not off the charts. Come here to find some interesting pieces to add to your clothing collection especially when you’re sick and tired of looking like everyone else who shops at the chain retailers.
Of note, is the attention to detail reminscent of shopping in Europe when wrapping up your purchased items. I love this kind care… You’ll get lovely tissue paper, heavy and reusable shopping bags and pretty gift wrap.
Sorry men, while there are no clothes for you here, you can certainly find any woman in your life a very nice gift. The saleswoman was very friendly and helpful.
If you’re not in Newport, this store can also be found in Orleans and Wellfleet Mass. I’ll definitely be back for that occasional very special something.
