Jasper’s is defiantly a colorful joint. Very local hang out. Jasper’s, in my opinion, is hit or miss based on the crowd that night. I no longer enjoy the shenanigans«kids» bring to bars; and unfortunately Jasper’s can attract that crowd. But, when there’s a great local band playing and there’s and no teeny boppers, it’s always a good time… Heather is a great bartender, and will kick your a$$ if you want to get rowdy. I do go here, but am not a frequent flyer.

Tucked away in an alley, this hidden gem is a Northeast Kingdom local staple for anyone looking for a cold brew and a game of pool! The DJ plays some classics to get down to on the weekends!

Ah Jasper’s, doesn’t really have an address to be honest. You can go around a back street way, or you can go to the address I listed which will take you to the front alley. ALL the celebrities go in through the front alley. Pass by the glorious iron arches, into the hottest bar/club within 50 miles.(Alright. Jay Peak has some pretty cool mountain places admittedly) There isn’t exactly crazy nightlife in this area, if you want to meet people/maybe dance/have cheap drinks and people watch, this is the place. Ana was our bartender, she’s a doll. A brunette dream boat serving up jello shots and good conversation. The DJ here on the nights I went was named ‘Speedo’. Cool and funny DJ name you say? Well sorry to burst your dream bubble, but it’s his legal actual birth certificated name. And its facts like these for why we go out to dives in VT. He played all the jams and I got down and dirty with some the hottest farmer daughters. Will definitely be back when I’m in the area again.
