I have used this Z Pizza location the last 2 months for my work’s monthly pizza night and our residents love the pizza! The customer service is great too; we order 20+ pizzas so I call it in the day before and the gentleman I spoke to both times (I think his name is Noah) is always super helpful! The pizza is delivered on time and tastes great as well. Definitely recommend!

This place should note that it caters to the 25 & under crowd. They are always «nice» but taking care of the customer is always 2^nd to whatever they are talking about amongst themselves when you get there or whatever else they have going on such as wiping down tables or the front door.
I ordered two individual slices ‘to go’ and I got home only to realize that one of the slices only had the ingredients on half of it. Had the server girl not been so absorbed in her conversation with one of the other employees, she would have likely pulled a different slice.
This experience is not the first or the second time. It is unfortunate as this location has quite a captive audience due to lack of competition in the area.

I love pizza, and to be honest this place is the most consistent delivery pizza in the area. The food is always hot, and delicious. The Avocado, Romaine & Arugula salad is delicious.

Ordered online and they never started my order. They claimed online orders don’t always get printed… So I had to wait an additional 30 minutes. They never offered me a discount or even a soft drink while I waited for their error.

Wow just walked in and they said it would be a 35 minute wait for a side Cesar salad. Really! What happened to customer service? Won’t go back here.

Don’t know why the reviews are so mixed: Just moved into the neighborhood a month ago.
So far got delivery twice and picked up take-​out twice (yes I’m a pizza junkie).
The employees are nice, the pizza is good (the green bell peppers are really fresh).
The price is moderate (it’s Newport Beach).
And let’s face it, you’re not going to find east coast pizza in OC anyway.
IMO, they close too early, but I like this place. Duke.

Orderd a small pizza and a salad online and paid online yesterday for pickup. Arrived at restaurant and someone who may have been a manager said ok, we’ll deduct (I think it was $ 2 because your pizza is not ordered. Yikes. That means I have to sit there and wait 20 minutes for them to make me one. At $ 10.95 and $ 2 – 300 for gluten free, plus $ 1.50 for pepperoni, my small pizza is expensive. At Blaze you can order every topping on the menu and pay $ 8 and it is not cardboard. Yes, you pay extra for gluten free but nothing else. Zpizza, I think your need to revisit your business model and customer service for my pizza should have been free just for having to wait an extra 20 minutes for them to make mine.

Pizza was good, just rude employees. Will not be coming back to this location. Service is everything!

I like their pizza, especially their gluten-​free crust. Very thin and crispy. Their food has always impressed me. However, the customer service experience that I had it this specific location was disappointing.
The staff wasn’t pleasant and at times pretty rude. My friend ordered a small pizza at the same time I ordered mine (I had gotten my small pizza in about 7 – 10 minutes) and after 30 minutes went by and tons of people came through, she still didn’t get it. So when we asked about it, they made it sound like we were inconveniencing them by asking. Finally after about 35 minutes, it was ready with no «Sorry about that long wait» or any type of sympathetic human emotion (almost as if they hate admitting that they do anything wrong).
Also, even though I enjoyed the taste of my gluten-​free pizza, the center wasn’t very warm the way I like it. It was a little room temperature/​cool, which hey, it can totally happen. I wasn’t upset about it at all. But what was upsetting was when I told them about it and asked if they could run it thru the oven, they responded with «it shouldn’t be cold» and «I don’t know if we can run it through the oven again». Just not accommodating at all. And all I really expected was «Oh, I’m sorry, let me heat that up for you.» They ended up doing it, but it was their attitudes that were disappointing.
It was kind of a buzzkill to our lunch outing. When we left, all three of us simply said «well, we’re never coming back to this zpizza.» Sad.

Amazing and they have a vegan pizza!

Love that this place is so close to home. I can walk here. One stop shopping in Ralph’s center with CVS. I really like the vegetarian option, gluten-​free and the fact that they will custom make any pizza you want. Very friendly and ordering online is easy. Easy to use coupons and free stuff too!!!

ZPizza never disappoints! They use the freshest ingredients, and you can really taste the difference. I love stopping in for a slice (the sausage and mushroom is my favorite!) or ordering in for delivery. The employees are always so helpful and friendly. I’ve always been a ZPizza fan and always will be!

Obviously under new management! Horrible service, rude employees, almost harrassing to get on some rewards system when all we want is to order a pizza and have it delivered across the parking lot and they say, «it’s standard 20 min prep time and 45 min delivery» But that’s our whole lunch hour, I said. He said, sorry. But I explained the other management always and gladly delivered to us. He said, sorry, do you want to join the rewards program, again! Good Lord. If it wasn’t for such great pizza, we would never order. We used to order weekly, now we order about every 3 months, their loss. Too bad new management doesn’t have a clue!

Poor delivery. Order placed at 7:32pm. 2 pizzas a salad and some wings. (Best wings around) we finally got the delivery at 9:18pm. Almost 2 hours. When we called at 8:45 to check on the order we just got laughter saying it was busy. Maybe when we ordered we should have been notified. Last time we order take out.

You can’t beat the Thursday special — half off all extra large pizzas. They use top-​notch ingredients and have a gluten free crust option.

Eh. Basically have to jazz up your pizza with lots of toppings and sauces to have something good. Super expensive and average tasting. Won’t order from here again unless really desperate for pizza and need something gluten free.

On this occasion my husband and I stopped in to place our order for pickup. The person who helped us (Noe) was EXTREMELY professional, helpful, and friendly. He even offered us water while we waited and addressed us by name which is extremely rare. In an age where fast casual restaurants just want you in and out, it was refreshing to be treated with such care and attention as this time.
The menu options are always fresh, creative and ingredients never taste like they’ve been sitting. We will definitely be back.

I noticed the management from the other location (harbor view… not westcliff… they suck) that was doing good is now at eastbluff, buuuut i’m still getting bad pizza

What a joke. Came in for a slice of pizza. Walked out thoroughly disappointed. The sauce was not existent and the crust was raw. I would say about 50% uncooked. Their must of been 7 employees standing around, none of which new a thing about preparing decent pizza. Looks like the cook just looked for the cheese to melt then pulled the pizza out without cooking the dough. Would not go back if they paid me.

I rarely eat pizza but my bf and I had a craving for pizza that wouldn’t stop. We looked up nearby spots and ordered ourselves a Hawaiian style pizza and wings. Delivery was pretty painless and pretty fast. Pizza wise, it was pretty damn good. The dough was light, the sauce was good and the cheese was so yummy. Next time we have a pizza craving, I’ll order here again!
