Sad they replaced cashier with a machine and it took 5 min to any employee to acknowledge I was even there and didn’t want to use there machine to order my food since i paid cash.

I’ve only been through this drive-​thru window once but the gentleman working there today was extremely polite and friendly. They were cooking part of my order while I was waiting at the window so I had to wait a bit, but the worker stuck up a conversation and made the experience that much better. My dog was peeking out the window and the worker greeted him and we had a long conversation about dogs while the order was being completed. The employee easily could’ve closed the window, waited for my order to be finished and send me on my way but he went the extra length to strike up a friendly conversation. I really wasn’t really expecting that kind of service and a genuine conversation from a fast food drive thru but I was impressed. Great job!

The drive through is usually pretty fast and you don’t get that congestion that you’d see at some other fast food places

If you want to actually be served go through the drive thru. Afternoon service is nonexistent. Staff would rather sit in the back than help customers waiting in line for 10 minutes +. If I could give this negative stars I would.

1 of the best in Newport Beach. James I guess is the sup he is supperrrr awesome greets people very happy jolly fellow & very very professional. I asked him for a no meat burrito he did it and not only that he asked me for the feedback. Restrooms were cleannnnnnn. All 5 stars.

Working across the street from this is location, makes it my go to lunch spot. I have been a fan of taco bell since the day I was born and will continue until they remove the Mexican Pizza from their menu. This location I must say is actually pretty good. Every time I have eaten here my food came out piping hot and fresh. The only qualm I have about this location is that it gets pretty busy during lunch time.

One of the nicest taco bells I’ve seen. Service is always good. Scott the cashier is so nice and friendly. You can tell he really loves his job. The food comes out fast and tastes fresh. Free Wi-​Fi is also nice!

Drive through is open at 11:00 p.m., which is when I needed it. It was the only thing open in this business district. Get the basic tacos (or anything that hasn’t been advertised recently) and you can get a ton of food for $ 4.

Really we all know taco bell is just a fake corporate restaurant chain you only go to because it’s cheap and you are hungry. But this time I took my employees there and got the royal treatment. A lady at the register named Star helped us out. She enthusiastically explained to my girls what was in each tostada and burrito and she gave me and exact eta of a cheese pizza for myself. Then delivered the food as if she was the owner of the place. She claimed not, but she should be. All restaurants should have someone like that. Star needs a raise or to open up her own place soon!
All my employees were happy and full afterwards. So we will be back again soon, for sure.

Sometimes I just crave a chicken quesadilla or a couple beef soft tacos. Why? I don’t know.
For some reason it just tastes so good.
Location is a bit weird to get into. Turn off of jamboree, make your first right, then another quick right. Drive thru is to the right of the building.
Inside is nice, but I prefer to be a glutton in peace so I take my quesadilla to go. Mostly because I hate eating alone in restaurants, and slightly because I just inhale the quesadilla, and it’s embarrassing!
It’s fast food, it’s Taco Bell. Good service, ok food. That’s about it.

This is the last time I come to this Taco Bell (unless it’s to eat there). Ordered a number of things for take out. Came home and found one item missing (looked on the receipt, and was charged for it). This isn’t the first time this has happened at this Taco Bell. The new Del Taco will be getting our business from now on (even though it’s further away).
If you order take out here, pull everything from the bag and make sure you received everything. It’s not rocket science, should be easy enough to fill the complete order.

the Happy Hour promotion that Taco Bell does is a great gimmick and makes a nice middle of the day snack/​pick me up.

I don’t normally review fast food chains as they’re all pretty standard but I have to say this is one of the nicest Taco Bells I’ve ever been in. It used to be a frequent stop on family trips to Balboa when I was a kid but I hadn’t been back in a while. It’s been totally redone and they have updated menus, a nice mix of high top tables and regular tables. There’s still a nice amount of outdoor tables too. The cashier was really nice too.
I’ll add the disclaimer that I came on a weekend and it wasn’t that busy because it’s located in an industrial business park so I imagine it gets pretty packed during the week and parking could be an issue. Otherwise. 4 stars-​up for this Taco Bell!
